Next VP Sales?

What happened to last VP of Sales and who is going to be the next VP of Sales? How is the morale with the sales force?

Do yourself a favor and run!!! They talk a good game but the company micromanages, bullies and is the joke of the industry. The company is really run by Japan and they do not like us.

 

When EO S/VP went to CA to negotiate that laughable drug, she was told if she gave up the PDE’s there would be a sales force event. She discussed it with S/VP of HR and both decided it was a way to cut the sales force to improve bottom line. They said other sales leaders would take the blame. Now take a look at who stands up for the sales force at the next POA.

 

The corporate culture appears to be very conservative here but is instead very politically correct and snowflake liberal. There are so many snowflake millennials in this company, you'd think they were blowing in from a snow machine in Japan..but no they all came from here.

 

Morale is "decent" not great. I think it is important who they make VP. As long as they avoid Carol I think it will be fine. Her old region hasn't fully recovered from her.

 

I have never seen morale so low and I don't think the home office cares or notices. Everyone I speak to is looking for a new job. Very unfortunate.

 

why because she is honest and tells it like it is and her region couldn't handle it...whiney babies..maybe they should start working lol.

Hospital is such as waste they don't sell maintena because they do not know how they rely on their NS counterparts it is actually really funny - look at the state of the hospital team or whats left of it...complaining and crying because they have two products and aren't doing very well..interesting..try working every day or at least 3 days a week worry about your job not who will land the VP of sales position.

From what I've heard, they are done with her and glad she left. Next sales leader will be an external hire even though there are a couple internals interviewing.
