Our management is doing a great job in a very difficult pharma environment! We are making good money so what's the complaint? The only ones posting negative crap on our site are the fired troll, Allergen reps, and bottom feeder performers! The Truth!

What have they done that's great? Literally. Please. Name one thing. I don't know where you worked before but the NBU as a whole made a hell of a lot less last year than they ever have before. So where is this "good money" that you speak of? Not in NBU. They took our money to pay for OBU. Let's not forget, they always tell us we're "the engine that drives this company". More like an unpaid work horse.

This post is true... I'm not fired or a troll... the other post has to be by someone who does not work here... I would say they must work for OBU and got their job 4 more ths ago but no one over there there think these leaders are any good either. Must be one of the stooges running the show around here

People posting on here are reps that see the company being run into the ground by terrible business decisions. Most wish they had a voice other than this childish message board, but fear saying something that doesn't align with leaderships misguided direction will cost them their jobs.

Anyone who has been in this industry for 10 years KNOWS what Shire is doing is desperation, trying to correct a series of poor decisions over the last couple years. This will not end well and this falls on leadership. Either by getting bad advise or making uniformed decisions

I am going to guess you were drunk when posting that b/c it makes very little sense.

You obviously were mislead and made the wrong decision. You probably shouldn't have "risked your career" to come here. Shire now claims to be the number 1 company in rare diseases. Eye care and ADD medicine couldn't be farther from rare disease. If you stayed at your old company, you probably would have been selling Xiidra by the end of the year after Shire sells it. Vyvanse is told big and old to sell. Shire needs to pick an identity, pharma or biotec, and make decisions accordingly.

Great point! It's an exodus going on- just look on IRIS/careers. The NSM was an EPIC failure and sorry folks we are going back ( that's if we stick around) next year. There used to a unique culture no fear in the workplace mentality. There are just too many damn layers in management now and quite frankly what the hell for? Interesting GGregory left and now DM on patient services has a boss from the Baxalta side of the business. No posting no mention just slide this person above another. Lots and lots of talk on corporate culture. If you don't like it here then go blah blah blah...it's just sad. Culture, morale, bonus' are all in the gutter. You can't force culture on people. This happens organically when leaders show respect, passion and a genuine interest in their teams their people. There are opportunities outside of Shire, worth looking at. Godspeed to all.
