Turnover is high for a reason. This place is in disarray.

I have never seen a company have so many people on a PIP. ALL people who have even been put on a PIP has been let go. That is super motivating for the people still here...

Yes! What is the criteria to be put on a PIP? You are right. So motivating...no longer focused on offices. Focused on getting another job

You shouldn't work another day in the field....Why...So the person who replaces you can look like a rock star? Diane, Cook the Books Beyer, Lyin Jim and their management team are the most crooked people I've ever come across. Reps have been prescribed anti depressants, have health problems, high blood pressure, etc. Their are reps who actually do yoga and meditate just to survive the daily micromanagement grind here. Think about it, freaking meditation and yoga just to survive working at Exact. Get out before it's too late. Will only get worse. I hate this company and truly hope the stock goes to 0.

Exact sciences has the worst corporate culture I have ever seen. If you know the lab industry like the back of your hand, you will know there are several "grey areas" and legal violations.. I am going to stop there, it's not my circus or my monkeys...

you are out of your mind.
Why can't you get another job like the rest of us did a year ago go were unhappy? Antidepressants! Gz, you make NO money so just move on! I did. I'm not alone, many did.
(and you should probably be doing some type of physical excecise in the first place bud! Glad you chose yoga!)

Are all these negative posts from people in California? Everyone I know is super happy with the company. But I don't know anyone from California and their numbers are struggling. I don't even know anyone on a PIP. I don't know anyone but one (needed to go) who has left in the last 8 months.

BTW, PIPs are to either push a rep out or to make them start preforming. Either way-mission accomplished

I told them to screw early on.. a very terrible corporate culture... I still laugh that they are operating under the pharma model... its a dx test for christ's sake!

Area Managers are totally out of control here. The type of stuff some of them get away with is unprofessional, immoral, and not becoming of a company that is trying to become a leader in dx. Diane needs to do something about these AM's. Too many and micromanaging is at an all time high. Requesting report after report, conference calls every other day, text messaging constantly. It's counterproductive. It takes time out of the field. When are reps supposed to complete these BS reports that area Managers are too lazy to pull themselves.

Uhm, you should have been PIP'd day 1 Ms. Ass Kisser.

These comments about Area Managers now make sense. Haven't been here long but it's obvious why certain areas have a high turnover. Seems like upper management approves of inappropriate demotivating behavior.

Conference calls, constant requests for spreadsheets, Pointless 1 on 1's, group texts, etc. I hope Diane does something about these AM's soon. I also regret working here.

It's freaking hilarious when people respond back to their own post to agree with it.

I don't know which on of these AMs sucks, but it's not common here.

If you don't like it, leave. Simple as that.

Some AM's are good. However, some are clueless. Hopefully Diane sees through this soon at their meeting. There is one in particular that doesn't contribute ANYTHING to the area. Reps are top performers in spite of that manager. Do something Diane. It has totally gotten out of hand.

You are the problem. You were promoted for God knows why & don't understand why people are unhappy. Enjoy your moment, it's never going to happen to you again!
