Is this lab legitimate or another scam lab?

 

Scam lab, run far FAR away

 

Can you please recommend a legitimate lab? I think I am at my wits end with scammers.

 

I never got paid! I wonder how long Nick has before it is game over and he is in cuffs!

 

I am not sure who you are...I have also worked at vantari and still have not received any payment, ive worked for them for 4 months

 

id like to talk to you because I want to fight for justice, you are not the only person that has not received any pay, myself plus 4 other reps still haven't received anything.

 

Not that it matters, but here is my 2 cents. Outside a few groups, labs are having a hard time getting samples adjudicated due to the simple fact that the insurance companies just do not want to pay.

The multiple panel blood tests, Pgx, Cgx, confirmatory urine toxicology are all flagged as fraudulent and excessive. Even though they most likely are not fraudulent, the costs associated with those tests is what causes them not to be covered.

Most of these tests are coming through MSOs or series models, which again, no matter the leagality, are all frowned upon by insurance companies.

I don't think the labs or distributors are being dishonest, I just don't think they are getting paid.

Like compounding pharmacies, the federal government will shut it down, lock people up, and claim fraud due to the excessive amounts of money that was made. After seeing this cycle over and over again for the last 30 years, I can tell you that this field is done and is not coming back, but don't blame the labs, blame the insurance companies.

 

Pacific Toxicology Lab -been around for 35 years, play it by the book, treat reps and clients really well..

Are they still around? Last I heard they got busted with the hospital billing scams.

From what I heard, the series LLC kickback model is coming down. Why do people get greedy and stupid things like this?
