I'm kind of tired of reading the negative comments and unethical this or we are crumbling that... if you have a better way, suggest it.... if not, do your job or move on. I understand how frustrated you are but we are paid and treated pretty well compared to other organizations. We get a tablet and people bitch they want an iPad.... you get a gas card and complain the driver ID is too long. Seriously, if you have a suggestion on comp, targets or general business why not request a meeting at home office or move on. I've never seen a group of people that are working for a common purpose wine and belly ache so much....

You spelled the wrong wine. In this context I believe you meant to say 'whine'

like anyone would listen ! You must be new because that is not the OraPharma way and if the company wanted to do the right thing for the company and the patients then yes they would welcome our input. They don't want to hear any ideas! It's shut up and get it done. Their objectives are to sell as much arestin as they can for the biggest price they can get regardless of patient care and I can't support that greed. Yes we should be thankful for our job because we won't have it much longer with the way this company has been run. It's not whining, its disappointment in our leadership.

People complaining about their gas pin or tablet? I don't think so! That is actually funny. I hope that isn't the HR department but I wouldn't be surprised. Have some more wine.

No one is working and there isn't a team. Lol. I can promise you that OraPharma doesn't have a sense of a team or hope. The threats of being held accountable are hilarious when they can't even be accountable themselves. I'm here till OraPharma closes the doors.

I think it's comical that no one understands the new comp plan. If you ask 10 people, you'll get 10 different answers. The only common thing is no one is going to make goal or figure out how to get to goal.

'if you don't like or understand the comp plan, talk to your manager.' Wasn't that the direction we were given??? Also, just have your offices write for 122tips, and anything less pray it doesn't get triaged.

Everyone stop complaining and drink the Kool aide! This is a perfect place to work. Valeant is not doing anything illegal and OraPharma's goal is to grow the business so we are reaching more patients and draining their insurance. Oops I meant treating more pockets so we can treat the disease. It's all about periodontal disease and helping the pockets! Managers have made it very clear! It's about our patients and clients! OraPharma cares!

I think they meant the entire country. That would cover the north, south, east and west and the home office. No one is working :)

I love reading the corporate communications. It's always a good laugh. I almost want to reply to it and say -are you kidding? It has so much bullshit. They need someone who can handle PR with the employees and the public.
