    KH searched high and low inside and outside for the best person to replace the coolest most respected guy (BO) that quit after gaining the respect of the entire sales force... and the job of VP of the entire AC sales force goes to EB? Oh no! Who will run the large useless trainings and new speaker roundtables?

    How many AC reps hit both products over 100% for Q1? Heard 50%, congrats fools thats an industry worst!

    This is a direct result of flat out being lied to RE " We are on the same page with Nestle and 2017 Goals will be Fair" - Come on Stu own it and rectify it! These goals are unattainable - see above- 50% bro?

    AGN wants their business back and they want it now; they will get it back w/ Superior Leadership, Better Marketing/Promos, Best Total Portfolio and OVERALL pricing. Has anyone seen the off app pricing? you will!

    Lastly, sales force Moral from an A-F I would give it a D+ due to unattainable goals, Top reps being canned for who knows what and struggling reps being put on PIPs when everyone and their F'n mother knows that the Quotas are extremely high and very unattainable. Wake up SR and own it tiger! Use those pearly whites for good announcements not BS lies to the entire company

    EB - If you want to gain the respect of this division and the entire A/C sales team- FIX THIS SHITSHOW! Ifb you do this you will be the man! Make A/C Great Again- God knows its so bad now!

    EB to earn the respect of the salesforce please quit and quit now. This is the only way. You have never had the respect and we have laughed at you for years. You are a total kiss ass and you should pay back the $ you have made from us before you leave because you have stolen from us. Tragic tragic situation. Galderma wake up please

    EB getting that role is a joke. He has been horrible in his training role. KH did not want to hire him, but had to because SR wanted "retention" of senior leadership after seeing O'Neal, Mooney and Ford all leave. God I wish they had called the people who worked for him. Not his pets - JW or CG.... but everyone else!

    way to read the post dumbass! Many Top reps who cut the sh!t out of the mustard have been fired for made up rubbish- the fact is that approx 50% of the sales force hit both products in Q1 and the Quotas are way to high- not even ballpark. We were lied to by our leaders at NSM, I have nothing against EB, so I will give him a chance to fix it or see ya! I need to make some real money bitches!
