Drug is a beast

    This molecule is a beast, no matter how much people here want to whine that they have key targets or customers, and actually have to go talk to them...

    Amen. Been selling great novel products for the last decade but this is refreshing. Drug is unbelievable....if you're worried about key targets.....you're a horrible rep. You should know your business and follow through.

    The drug is great, they pay out like it is a dog though. Then the company wonders why they lose reps.

    Erik, John and Mark here are the top reasons the reps leave
    1. Pods with JBI
    2. poor bonus payout
    3. terrible newbie managers who try to micromanage and comply with every rule
    4. poor vacation: 3 weeks and no holiday break is below standard
    5. very authoritarian rule and you would think the did something to obtain their status: they did not
    6. Too many others trying to call on prescribers who aren't in sales ( tll, rams, regionals from both companies, msl)
    7. weak/poor leadership - capsules/tablets
    8. terrible meetings: flying west to have a full day of meetings on day one means a 16 hour day
    9. no equity in company
    10. no changes despite everyone leaving (again) a great drug, it shows you won't or can't make improvements
