    So here goes... It's easy to say for someone to just leave if they don't like it here. I get it. There's lots of complaining but sometimes there are valid reasons (and sometime it is just whiny people). In this case, there are valid reasons.
    You should want the company to bring in the best people and keep them at all levels. That improves your company and ultimately improves the culture and makes good people want to stay. When you have managers that are inappropriate, harassing and/or incompetent it reflects on the organization and the best course for everyone is to show that manager (worker) the door.
    Reps that should "just leave" who are qualified, will. That should be something that a well-run company should be concerned about. High turnover is rarely a good thing...

    Yes, he's an inconsiderate, harassing, AND incompetent doofus. Never have I seen such disregard for reps time and efforts in the field. He has never had an original idea of his own and has stolen from other AM's and other PMR's. Listen AS, we're not on YOUR schedule. You can't expect your reps to just jump on a conference call within 5 minutes. We actually have PLANNED appointments made WEEKS and sometimes MONTHS ahead. But you wouldn't know that because you are so busy CC'ing JoJo on every email or filling her in on every conversation that you are totally clueless about just to make YOURSELF look good.. Diane and Stephanie, do something about this FRAUD condescending jerk or a team of TOP performers will soon exit.

    Exact has an excellent executive leadership team along with a great product. It's sad that managers like him ruin what otherwise would be a great job. How has he lasted this long when his HR file has set a Guinness World record for Written Ups and Complaints throughout the course of his career starting years back. He's made quite the name for himself at EXAS.

    Exact does NOT have an excellent executive leadership team. Kevin and Maneesh are horrible people. Diane is a terrible leader and because of her problematic lack of leadership skills she has a number of managers who are incapable of leading well and they get away with it. I get it, you only know what you know so you believe that bad is good. Sort of like coming from abusive parents and believing that every child is treated the same way. The new normal! You have been snowed if you believe otherwise. Start reading up on great leadership as it will do you a world of good to know what "excellent leadership" really is. It will also help you to understand that HR will support what the leader indicates and if Diane is fine with bad management then HR will do everything it can to support her bad managers.

    Absolutely NOT from upper management. The only report I have to turn into my manager on a weekly basis takes 3 minutes.

    Not surprising he is still there. AS would always brag that his Merck buddies Jim and Keith recruited him to join the company. Good luck to all who report to him. You're gonna need it as he's untouchable.

    No good leader gets wasted at the national sales meeting, looks like a sloppy mess, and hits on reps. Maneesh is a disaster.

    I am so happy to join a new team July 1. Everything written about him is true. He has no credibility with our area. Half the team is jumping for joy and the other half is pissed that they still have him as an AM. How does JoJo, Diane, and Stephanie take anything he submits about his reps as 100% fact?

    Does he still send out those ridiculous ALL CAPS late night meeting requests to join a call 1st thing in the morning regardless of a breakfast or not? And then get furious that you can't attend?
