Nissan Rogue rates very poorly in this study.

 

i have one and love it! Several in my team also have the Rogue and love it.

The 4 cylinder pick up speed on the highway lags, as you would expect, but otherwise it's a great SUV.

 

I've had the Rogue for over 6 months and am very happy. It handled great in the winter and is the perfect size for my cooler, resources, etc. I would gladly order the Rogue again

 

This is fake, no way this is a real post.

Someone is eventually going to die in these cheap POS the company is forcing us into...and when that day comes, the lawsuit will ruin any of the nickels and dimes they have picked up along the way while putting their sales force behind the wheel of substandard vehicles.

 

Nice job completely over dramatizing the the fact that you wished you had cooler car choices. Just STFU and order one of the options.

 

ive had my Rogue for over a year and really like it.....not sure why you're complaining? It's been great and totally agree that I would order it again.

 

HR must be really slow these days with hiring freeze, if they have time to post BS replies on CP.

Rogue is junk, small, handles poorly. The biggest concern is it doesn't have enough room for all my valuable resources and dozens of samples I give out daily.

 

The Rogue is the best company car I have ever had, and I have been here for a long time. Solid safety features and cameras, hands-free, perfect size for what we do, love the tailgate, fold-flat seats. Pretty quiet on the highway ( it's no Audi in that regard but hey) as well, adequate power.
One tip- do not roll down just the back windows or your brain may explode from the vacuum bursts.

It may not have much bling factor, but that's not something we want in our role as we pull up to our low-income clinics. I would probably pick one of these up as a family car if we had the need.

 

Not much of a bling factor huh? Especially when visiting low income clinics? I'm guessing then that explains why DBM's and especially RBD's AVP's, SVP's and ET members "deserve" or "require" or "need" Audi's, Benz, or Cadillac's...you know since they have to visit high net worth accounts like Country Clubs, Institutional Investors and higher end strip clubs. Wouldnt want our previous "leadership team" feel like they werent playing the part...

We make 96-120k, a salary that in many parts of the country allows us to live fairly large, especially when we factor for other perks. A Nissan Rogue for a company car is something that most traveling salespeople would be very happy to get. Seriously, talk to your Quintiles or Publicis friends. Tell the about our crappy Christmas gifts, junky car, small bonuses

 

The thread started out with a comment about the poor headlights. That spells unsafe.
And : no not everyone makes that salary range, not everyone works as little as you do and not everyone has such little affect on their docs as you do.

Blah blah blah. Yeah, the Nissan Rogue has been recalled, its such a POS car with crappy headlights and poor handling. Outside of our Fleet, no one buys the thing!! Now go and hold your bwef until Montessori calls Mumsie and tells her that little Biff is unhappy and wants to leave ! We have more pressing concerns in Q3 and 4. I am pretty sure that the Rogue aint gonna be our biggest concern, come December. Ya know what I'm saying?

Listen, Sparky: no one cares what we want for fleet choices. No one gives a whit WHAT we think of our holiday gifts. Guess why? Cuz if you quit, the line to replace you will extend from one Starbucks to another.

 

Do you work at night? Um, no. I can guarantee by your tone you do not. So why post this useless study when the Rogue wasn't even one of the worst performers? And the study basically said some SUVs had their headlights pointed too high, which you can adjust yourself if you really felt the need.

Here's the Problem! The work/life vehicle now costs $280/Month. Which was fine when we at least got a nice sienna. Now the option is a grand caravan se, which is the cheapest model made. You can lease a nice sienna for $299/month. The problem is they doubled our monthly contribution but lowered the value of the vehicles offered!

 

I have a solution for you: take the regular car as your fleet choice and then lease a Sienna. If you don't like the work/life choice, then don't choose it.

 

Doug, please fix this situation. It seems trivial to some employees, but our vehicle is our office.
