Get out now. They will let us all go because they simply don't want us. Novadaq will screw all of us. It is time to go.

I was heading out this morning, but I said WTF. No need to, All of my efforts will now be towards finding another job. Even IF, and that's a VERY BIG IF, Stryker plans to keep most of us, it will be only until their guys are ready to walk in and take over the accounts we've busted our asses in, and get the credit. We are done here. Take care of yourselves because Novadaq will just end of throwing us all on the trash heap. You can't trust them or Stryker to do what's right by us. Back to bed.

Anyone think Novadaq will do anything financially to take care of reps during the transition and uncertainty? Guarantee a lot of hospitals will want to wait to make any large capital purchases from Novadaq until Stryker deal is complete to see if they can get better deal in the future under Stryker.

I doubt it. Wish they would give us direction. What's Stryker going to do with SPY and SPYPHI and dcell? New territory for them so do they expect their current employees to sell and be in cases or do they open a new division for it? Too many unknowns to sit still.

Let's face it. No one will be retained and enjoy your 1 month of severance and hope you have not killed your career working here. Accounts will not buy now until Stryker is finalized. Why would they? I wouldn't, I would wait and bundle with other Stryker divsions. It's what Stryker does.

Way too many unknowns to sit around and hope we will be retained by Stryker, which they won't. I have an interview Friday with another company. I suggest all us make finding another company to work for your primary job now. All hospitals will put off buying to see of Stryker can give them a better deal. Why waste your energy on ANY account now? Novadaq is now just a bullet point on a resume. Don't wait for the phone call, leave as quick as you can.

You got that right! Heard they will keep a few of us until the 1st of the year to "help out" the Stryker reps, then they fuck us, and get rid of us by the 1st of the year! Don't believe them if they try and lie to us! FUCK NOVADAQ! I'm done! Full time job now is looking for a job!

No, dont leave ! We are in a much better position now and great things are on the horizon for us.
I plan on integrating myself into Stryker managements head, and climb the ladder over the next 5 years.

Exactly. Heard people are starting to hit the exits. Stryker will get rid of all of us when it suits them. I have an interview next week, and plan to take it if i get the offer. We're done here.

You got that right ! Heard Stryker is impressed with our top 10 performers from mid west and east coast. One was offered management gig.

No way, it just happened last week and still rumors of a bidding war.

I doubt it's a serious "bidding war". Even if it is, we are all toast anyway. Get out while you can. It will be interesting to see how Novadaq tries to screw us on legitimate business sold but not paid, after we leave. They will try it.

As an institutional investor who has invested in the medtech space for a long time and made money a few different times with NVDQ over the past 4 years, it's embarrassing how poorly this franchise was managed. Arun and Rick did an extremely poor job in over promising and under delivering on what should have been a platform technology. At the end of the day their biggest misstep was thinking they could build a Salesforce. Maybe they should have just focused on capitalizing on LUNA.

In terms of the Salesforce productivity - this was terrible! Way too many individuals who couldn't sell. Very few should have jobs within a bigger organization. The thought they should get credit for building what they have is rediculous. They should be fired for what they weren't able to accomplish with the market mainly to themselves for so long.

I am still holding my position since I doubled down in the $6-7 range after getting back in at $12. However, while I think another bid should materialize based on the large addressable opportunity and gross margin of the business, it's unlikely do the minimal traction management/Salesforce had in driving utilization. I'll continue holding til I find something attractive where we can deploy the capital.

Shame on management and the Salesforce - this should have been a $2B franchise over the next 2-3 years.

Not a fucking word from these scumbags! I won't lift a finger to sell shit for this company! They are just waiting until the time is right to screw us all! 100% if my time is now devoted to leave these assholes!
