First of all - Hi Tom. And, yeah it was probably the reps - all five of them - who were the problem. Five in 13 months. So every two years the entire region will turn over. Hmm. Probably the reps.

I think in Chicago access is terrible to the neuros that's the biggest problem.
In springfield IL there is not a lot of neuros.
Not sure why both StLouis reps left

Nope. People leaving the Chicago region has nothing to do with access, neurologists or lack of straightforwardness. Those who left were very talented sales people who will be missed by the organization.

ok, so why did they all leave? And why are sales so poor for the Chicago team?
the manager isn't the one selling

BS! First off they weren't great reps. Access to neuros in Chicago is the same as anywhere- really not that bad especially when compared to other specialties. Second they left because they weren't getting it done, didn't like the pressure and went elsewhere for more money and less stress

I am on his team....Tom is not a good leader. I'm very confident he would not succeed as a Rep. He is very focused on metrics and not selling. Like I said in the post above the reps that left weren't anything special- don't come here if you can't sell and more importantly if you can't deal with BS from a average to below average manager. I can see why he got fired at Baxter...doesn't bring anything to the table. Somehow he was a director at Lilly but the culture was different there. Good luck.

What a bunch of contrived posts. Morons. Build a case against someone on the board? Real strong, hero. You must be proud of yourself.

What's funny is the captain dipsh$t Steve reads this board. Yes, the underskilled egomaniac that rolls in a pimped Bentley- love for a patient to see that- reads and acts on this board. So all you weaklings that want to control the company, please post bs here because the talent and vision of your c suite uses this as a compass.

Good news- there is barely 5 quarters left of cash which means a stock giveaway is coming soon. Worth less because the C suite is worthless.

I'm just glad to see that the field's ic concerns were addressed by the new COO...
Oh never mind, business as usual.
Hey we took away $4800, you're welcome.
As time goes on, there will be more refills, so we will pay you less for each, you'll make more, do the math.
    1 new patient doesn't equal 1 Nrx
    It's a race to 7 nrxs
LTC still is worth 3x retail rx even though we are retail reps
No individual quota but rather the same quota for every rep
No communication from any level of management
Stock stagnant, could be cut in half if another stock sale
Our stock options are worthless and even if company sells, the $ is nothing really to wait around for
Does anyone think they will actually replace fusions when we get to 70k miles?

With Terry M, Darin D, and Tom C now gone, we almost have all the ex-fired Lilly idiots gone except.....John L.
Hey little douche bag, why don't you join the rest and get the hell out of here. I know you read these boards since you don't do anything like actually lead as a sales director.
