    gotta love a July contest that we have no details about half-way thru July. And still no Q3 compensation or goals. Maybe we will get those in mid August.

    In all honesty where the hell is the contest? Where are goals? Where's the communication on the firings a few weeks ago? It's like a vacuum with no communication at all and personally I think the transparency at this company is horrible. Upside-down pyramid my ass!

    There are plenty of people under 20% MS...many of them are ranked in the top of the Salesforce so if you're going to draw an arbitrary line 20% share...maybe you should be "fair" about it. Just because some of the top reps (like BG) have volume but under 20% share keep it level. I may not have as much volume but I have 49% share.

    Please know that md's/staff really don't like you.
    I don't care how happy go lucky you are, your annoying. Period.
    They look at us like spoiled brats, driving around in our company cars, adding little to no value.
    Pharma is a joke now. If your young, do it for a few years then move to or cap sales. Otherwise, you will be trapped. Fair warning my little snowflakes.

    One more week to execute the contest! Two thirds of the quarter to meet these new attainable goals. Life couldn't be better. Well, it could if I knew what the details of either are. Or should I say were?

    Hard to believe, but a July OBU Sales Contest will be rolled out next week! It will be based on growing scripts in July over June. Tough to do considering we are in the last week of July AND the first week of July contest was the week of the July 4th and every territory was down 25%. Real motivating! The inexperience of our clown "leadership" is showing again.

    It's seriously ridiculous and laughable. Didn't they also say that we would get paid out asap in these monthly contests? YET June won't be paid out until fucking September 1st! September 1st!? What the hell!? 3 months later, 3!!!! Real motivating, just another lie.
