Aldo has been claiming we will launch new products FOR YEARS. Doesn't happen because it's all lies. He's the biggest lier of them all

 

Over an 18 month period I spoke to CK about bringing on a new product 3 times. Probably 6 months apart give or take each convo.

The second and third time we spoke she repeated questions asking things I already gave her answers to. She showed me a specific device which I gave her my opinion on and I told her it was junk. She came back with the same device the 2nd and 3rd times.

It was at this moment that I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that there was nobody with a clue what was going on in that home office.

Every time we spoke it was as if we had never spoken before.

 

Another dumpster fire is burning out of control and Fidia doesn't even smell smoke.

I interviewed with this company and I most definitely will not be working here. The manager who interviewed me is crazy! I think the recruiter will finally stop calling me though. I told them to get a new manager because Matilda is nutso.

She sure is making a name for herself outside fidia. Looks like that's one recruiter who will want nothing to do with her. Word travels fast

 

Don't get pregnant while working here. AD will make sure you don't get paid your bonus before you go off on leave for what you made the current quarter or the previous quarter. He will also tell you when you get back that you need to be a stay-at-home mom. How is this company still in business. The longer people are here, the more brainwashing continues. People actually start to defend this piece of crap because they are mentally conflicted. And don't forget, AD alters all of the numbers to pay out to who he deems "worthy" and the next day he will fire you. Don't think your DM will support you. They just sit there and remain numb as he moves people to where he wants on the paygrade. Discrimination so absurd that people actually start to defend it because of the cult brainwashing. "Manson" brainwashing.

 

You should get together with the other women who have experienced pregnancy and fidia. Ask around and ppl will point you in the right direction of those ppl. Fidia is seriously wronging pregnant women.
