    AND it doesn't matter how good you're coverage is if no one wants to prescribe your product. There were 5 measly slides in the earnings presentation regarding commercial. ONE was about actual RXs, the rest were head fakes to try and keep the audience's eye off the ball.

    Did you see the list of "key" academic center formulary adds? Memorial Sloan Kettering?? An oncology center?? Meanwhile not a mention of HSS. What a fucking joke. Beyond pathetic

    "Celebratory Call" with Jesper. Things are awesome over here! Everyone loves it and can't wait for what's next! Oh, and I can't wait for my first script to get approved either.

    • 3rd or 4th line? Learn to sell, princess, especially with the ridiculously generous copay card you have for your non-medicare lives
    • David fidgety? My bet is that Jesper already has the relief team picked out
    • Spreadsheet for mileage reimbursement? Have to agree that's big-pharm craziness. We're all big-harma cast offs and it seems we all brought our big parma dark clouds with us to Radius
    • EU setback- perhaps bigger than we think
    If sales were going well none of the above would matter that much, but...

    Week in review:

    Pathetic, pathetic and more pathetic with a ridiculous conference call sprinkled on top at the end
    Radius is a giant mistake

    Thank GOD there are good jobs and companies out there
    It's beyond time to get out of this shit show

    let me tell you what the pathetic. Doing Skype interviews for field reimbursement positions when , in fact, you probably don't need them well before you even have a manager on duty. Who came up with these questions sales reps sales managers ? I won't tell you how to sell so don't tell me how to do reimbursement please stop stealing the stockholders money stop the cash burn and return it you're all Crooks

    You are correct, we don't need reimbursement help, there are barely enough scripts to count much less need a help with reimbursement. Radius is dilusional!!!

    Wrong!! We do need reimbursement help. Let the reps sell and once the drug gets denied let the Reimbursement person deal with it instead of rep chasing it around and wasting time.

    What the fuck are you chasing, 3 or 4 scripts at the most? This company is bleeding money hiring more people at this point is irresponsible at best.

    I FREAKING HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!! My boss is a TOTAL POS and she is just simply incompetent, to put it nicely. Anyone else dealing with bosses like this? Geez. I just can't get over HOW many people were hired by their FRIENDS here and that's why they're in the position that they are in. It's absolutely unbelievable. The situation that a lot of us are in now, is trying to leave without having been here very long, and this CRAPPY launch and ZIP coverage. I'm pissed I left a perfectly great position for the "amazing opportunity"!!!!! We all make mistakes I get it.

    Pahahaha! Amen to that!!! Hilarious! Can't keep up with those Scripts, and the 80 accounts you have?! Hmmm... might have more problems than you think. Come on.
    And yes, my (micro)manager sucks too. I've actually never disliked a female more than her now that I think about it.

    Yeah no kiddin--Snow and team a joke--time for them to go. Get rid of Kauffman in HR -- she does hire AZ friends at high $$$ and they don't even meet job requirements.

    I've seen and heard of so many of these managers have hired their friends that were laid off. At some point I may notify HR. Their little circles should be looked into. I can see helping out a friend if they're qualified. But MOST of these fools are no where near qualified to be selling a biologic. Probably were let go because they were incompetent selling a $10 drug, now they're selling a $1600. 2 out of the 10 on my team are qualified to be out there selling this drug. The others should be back selling in primary care.

    Lets all be honest here. How much longer can this shit show last? Even when I get docs to write this crap the Rx never gets filled. Co-pays are waaaaaayyyyyy to high.
