Not really - Brent ends up in this role, that is not "all working out in the end".

More failed leadership coming up and even worse now he knows he was not the guy they wanted.

Have any district manager candidates done their face to face yet with the RD's? Thanks.

DM candidate here, had face to face interview last week; NY, how long is yours delayed?

Didn't they give you a timeline during your interview?

not really, which is why I am asking if others have heard a timeline?

So you had a F2F interview with a RSD I am assuming and you didn't ask them when you would hear back from them or given a start date? Something is not adding up here, that's a logical question to ask during a F2F

of course I asked...was told a week or two, which was vague. again, why I am asking if anyone else was told anything different or given actual hiring dates, etc.

N.California here. F2F on Tuesday of this week, offer expected to be extended either today or Monday. Was told that rep hiring timeline will be delayed for some time, given the change in PDUFA date. If I'm hired, I don't really care what rep timeline is. More time for me to look into quality candidates above and beyond what TSP screening has done.

I've never worked with that recruiting firm before, but from feedback her it sounds like a clusterf**k of a company.

It's 10 times better than Princeton One. Princeton One is the WORST. The recruiter I have dealt with will always e'mail me back. She's been fantastic and responsive.

Not sure how this is possible since Tim Bayer is no longer the RD for the West or did you interview with someone else?
I agree with you on timeline...the more time the better to find best people.

Is Tim Bayer back to being an INBU sales director?

Can I assume that is why I (rep candidate) have still not even had a phone interview yet? I am well qualified with an unparalleled track record of success, with a referral from an inside Amgen employee, but still .. crickets here. I hope they will consider once DM's are in place, ditching TSP and posting and hiring through Amgen directly, as it should be done.

Tim interviewed me. I'm an outsider, and didn't know he moved elsewhere.

His career at amgen is going nowhere and he is stuck. He's going to be gone soon

Well, I've made the decision to move on to other pastures. I've got direct experience with Top 5% for another migraine med, and was actually recruited by TSP to interview.

Bottom line for me is that from my standpoint, this thing is like running in mud. Going nowhere fast, and with the other competitors coming out in the next 12-18 months, I'll take my nice bonus and President's club for 2017 right where I am, and try elsewhere when the time is right. It seemed like a nice opportunity- but there are simply too many questions with the leadership and with the hiring/training for me to jump ship.

Good luck to all of you that are going to wait and hope this works out. The one thing many of us agree on is that TSP is awful at doing their job, and will lose business based on their performance for Amgen.
