I want to believe that MiMedx has a kick ass organization and product but I definitely have some concerns. The managers are just so cccky in describing how dominant MiMedx is and will be that I kind of don't believe them. There are red flags about the past as well but I don't know the entire history. MiMedx execs and sales managers have connections with Advanced Biohealing and Dermagraft. Apparently there were some shenanigans over there that led to jail time. Now I am getting warned about problems at MiMedx and I see some concerning posts here. Can someone provide some updated info and a summary of problems to look out for? Current MiMedx sales reps would be great to hear from. How is the culture and what's the story with surgical or wound center reps?

In the Hospitals you people consign tissue, how can you consider a piece of tissue sold and implanted when it's still sitting on the shelf?

i'm also curious how it is that we are never listed on the annual sunshine act report. don't we give away samples of our products and host doctor dinners?

So reporting Compliance violations to corporate will get you fired. KM makes a list of compliance issues, reports them to corporate, and is fired 2 days later. Can anyone say retaliation? That, too, is illegal, add it to the list. Oh, and the VPs sit around and monitor text messages and locations on the company cell phones to see what the reps are doing. Nice. So many executives and VP with personality disorders at MIMedx, the DSM would have a field day.

This is the MO of this corrupt company. Intimidate and retaliate. If you don't play by the rules or threaten to uncover the unscrupulous behavior of the company, you are fired so they can say you are "retaliating" by calling "unfounded" or "completely false" allegations. Protect the stock price at all costs. All the corrupt cronies need their golden parachutes.

As a long term employee of MiMedx, I have to speak my mind. There are a bunch of bitter people on here!

There were about a dozen sales reps that were fired because they were double-dipping....taking salary from MiMedx and then spending their time selling competitive products. I think many of them used to work for ABH. Everyone knows that ABH was involved with illegal practices. they've been chased by the OIG and some folks might even go to jail. This board is now filled with comments made by bitter people who were caught red handed doing the wrong things!

MiMedx IS an ethical company, and these fired employees are not. Don't put any credence in these people's posts - they are just bitter and are being sued for their actions. They will end up paying for their greed by writing a big check to MiMedx!

So why are there current MiMedx employee double-dipping with their own LLCs? Why aren't they fired? Hmm, I wonder.

Yeah... that lawsuit is going no where. The plaintiff's own lawyers walked away from representing their clients after MiMedx attorneys submitted a lengthy response with pretty convincing evidence that these reps were selling other products on the side. Pretty much blows up their credibility. Not saying the defendants are completely innocent of any wrongdoing, but this particular case is pretty much dead.

So what about the current employees who are selling stuff on the side? Mgmt knows all about it. And the ones who are double and triple dipping. Explain that please. If you dare.

Intuitive reps are not good enough to succeed at Mimedx. The winners know how to play the reimbursement game in the wound centers or otherwise induce sales. Ya know the distributor types with abh background or orthopedics. Show them the money and be the funny guy or good time girl. That's the winning strategy and that's why there are now so many 1099 ortho reps selling the super expensive cellular collagen that has no data to support it. It's just like that other powder we swear. It has the magic in it

FOIA requests from everywhere. OIG coming too. Can't hide from the truth. So many violations. Admitting to illegal activity in a press release is the best. The truth always come out.
