Paragon28 is doing too good right now. The skin reps which you'll are would ruin it. We will continue make profits and go direct. If all fails, then we will sell. The SEC should investigate how sales and delayd billing by terrrritories are munipilated at Integra.

Maybe you should duh duh duh learn how to spell troll. Money talks, and we'll take your company when we feel like it and lay your bitch ass off. Then you can troll someone else's board while you look for a job on the unemployment line. Know your role peasant.

the majority of Integra reps work 50 percent less then normal ortho reps. They mail it in ship sets / don't show up for cases / collect the po/ and wonder why they can't sell metal. If Integra would buy Paragon the direct reps would no longer have metal and the current Paragon distributors would get the complete metal bag while direct would just have skin. Paragon reps attend every case even if a bunion/ why they are controlling FA. Sorry

Paragon is slowly transitioning many of thier distributors to Direct Reps. Ripe for the buyout. Now paragon just needs growing sales numbers from non paid consultants

They are not transitioning distributors to direct reps. Your a tool for saying that

Yes they are! For the larger established and successful territories they are allowing them to stay as a distributor only if they are Paragon only.

We are getting ready to cut a check for $1B to J&J for Codman, you think Integra gives two sh*ts about us right now? No!!
If anything, they will sell us since we are the dead weight. Small joint/bone ortho is a commodity with slim margins...not worth the investment. Cut your losses and move on...

I'd say a lawsuit from Wright Medical has quickly put the brakes on regarding any deals.

One of the big reason why Wright Medical has never been purchased by a bigger player. Wright has too many old lawsuits against them from the Metal on Metal Hip days and modular necks and their financials suck.

What’s the rev of paragon? What would the company even be worth?

Worth or what they are asking for Paragon? Way too much $$$ for just a foot and ankle company.

Paragon has so many “Consultsnt” surgeons that it would be hard for any large company to keep half and they have both 1099 and direct reps which is a mess to integrate with a larger companies exhibiting sales networks
