    Any reliable sources have any info if there will be layoffs as mentioned here in the next 2 weeks???

    Not formal layoffs for a while until they work thru early retirements, elimination of vacant territories, and terminations. They call it natural attrition until the big realignment and the real layoff strategy is in put in place.

    The truth revealed in 2 days. What am I referring to? The high and mighty "HR source here". IF, on August 15, no announcement is made to wait by phone on Aug 31, LIKE THEY SAID, I challenge each of you to never, ever read any post again that starts with "HR source here". If they are for real, then just see what does / doesn't happen in two days. Put it to rest forever, the HR/HQ source is a fake con artist. And never ever believe their post again. "HR source", your day of reckoning (8-15) is nearly upon you. Will you prove to be real or fake? I think the latter. I dare you to start any more posts with your little saying. Get a life, jokester.

    HQ source here. Wait by your phone announcements do not get announced 2 weeks and 2 days in advance. They occur a day or two in advance.

    Major restructuring occurring in 2 phases. Small shuffle this month and a much larger displacement in December. Please stop giving people a false sense of security.

    Bull. Postings are being filled as they are posted. There is no hiring freeze and no natural attrition. AZ just does without thinking. They will hire now and layoff or "realign" later. There is NO regard for employees.

    16 days remain until the 31st! Stop making today the put up or shut up deadline. Spoke with an analyst today. She is expecting deep cuts by EOY, since USLT is not producing growth as they internally claim.

    I worked in HQ for 10 years and I can tell you that you should never give a specific date for any AZ plan roll out because even Senior Leadership doesn't have a specific date in mind for any plan. They have no long term plans but mainly react or over react once a crisis arises. Or they follow the lead of the competition.
    They don't even know who will occupy the chair next to them at their next meeting. Look at how many VPs have jumped ship in the last 4 weeks.

    Hmmm, is the HR source the equivalent to "fake news"? Seems like the credibility factor is a little questionable.
    Hey, we all like a heads up on layoffs and changes, (and appreciate it) , but we need a little more concrete evidence. And yes, to the prior post, you keep moving the announcement date forward, after there's no news out to align with your prediction deadline.
    This is just another example where there's no backing evidence to your claims.
    Maybe it's time for a new "HR/HQ source here".
    We're accepting apps tommorow 2-4 at any McDonald's location, wherever it's most convenient for you.

    $300 million in cuts coming. Brand teams pushing through summer slowdown with little to no growth demonstrated. Analysts are expecting earnings to improve in Q3. Company continues to deliver declining ROI, quarter over quarter. In order to bury their failure, US leadership is going to be forced to make significant headcount cuts. Get your resumes updated and start circulating them to recruiters. Don't be the last one to clear the bridge.
