She was a pawn. No leadership/critical or strategic thinking/management skills. She did what she was told to do; by Japan)Mark)Bob.

People who do what they are told never leave they wait for the lights to go out.

Doing what you're told doesn't mean you're devoid of brain cells. She was in a position to see the future....and it wasn't bright!

I'm sure they are "done with her" because SHE left.
This company is a joke. She was smart enough to bail when she saw it sinking. POA was a joke and I don't know one person who is happy here. Many vest this year and they better get use to exit interviews and hiring.

Ever thought of selling something and hitting your numbers? Seems to be a formula that works in any company.

Give it a shot and perhaps you won't resort to bashing people anonymously.

Or just keep on living life as a bottom feeder and it won't be long until your shown the door.

I actually laughed out loud when I read this.
I'm sorry but did you forget to post your first and last name when you responded? It's an anonymous board dimwit.
I simply said HV was smart for leaving. Did I hurt your feelings when I said POA sucked? The company culture is terrible now and I guess you disagree. So you called me a bottom feeder and bashed me anonymously?
Lastly, who gets shown the door?
Your post was hilarious thanks for the laugh.

I hope Holly takes me with her! Agreed, most of Red vests this summer and Blue in January. They will be left with overpaid AMs who don't work and ReadyNow reps who are clueless.

Most already vested but just don't know it....call Fidelity! If you started Jan 2013, you are already vested.

    Company in CHAOS!

What is happening? Why does there seem to be mass exodus in leadership?

The company is in chaos is because Kabir and Remy are morons, and nobody wants to put up with them any more. It only took Bryan a few months to realize this and Elaine's final straw was having to deal with the Avanir idiots for support. Does Kabir get it get? Will he right the ship? We will see.

So - first question is which brainchild recruited Downey...maybe those who are constantly worried about cafe pharma should have done a little more homework on Downey. Stroll over to the Sanofi site - some believe cafe pharma is just a lot of entitled unhappy reps but you find truth in many of the posts.

Regardless, it took him about two months to see the craziness, interview and land a new role...impressive!

No spinning this one - reality is reality - now what?

Why blame kabir? This place was jacked long before him..take it all the way back to MA, Bob, HV...the list continues.

It is really is sad to see Elaine go. At least she was a real person who treated everyone with respect, down to earth and did a great job.no like these ass kissing phony idiots.

As far as Remy, ok so he has the reputation of being difficult to work with hmmm I wonder why? He is trying to sort out a shit show that's has been messed up for years.

Ops continues to be a cluster with poor leadership, leadership who allows mistakes left and right then cover it up or sweeps it under the rug. If called out it's excuse after excuse. they can't seem to get it together. their answer to everything is oh there are issues at every company when it comes to data - stop with that- no company I ever worked at or am aware of have the issues we have over and over it's painful.

and now the dumb asses put KM in as the interim VP?? OMG. Absolute shit show. Does KD get held responsible for any of this?

Funny - the bigger question is does anyone get held accountable for anything?

The most ridiculous thing is how they try to smooth it over ...when everyone is asking wtf is going on...leaders tell their managers calm the fears...Managers then send stupid messages and host calls trying to BS and say he had other things going on when he joined...no big deal...umm ok maybe he did BUT we invested money in him and he gave otsuka a chance...it says a great deal that he comes on board and sees how everything is a mess - how difficult some are to work with, no one held accountable, nothing is easy because of ego and miserable managers/employees and decided to get out before it killed him!

Now I have a great idea leadership - take a deep look inside - supposedly you have the dream team now so stop talking bs and starting fixing the real issues and it doesn't start with "culture" -start to fix things, build some trust then this company will have some "culture" to speak of! Focus on things impacting the business...
