Downy was not engaged from day one. He would NOT take back to back meetings and was out the door at 4:45pm. He never spoke to his direct reports and didn't say much in meetings. My bigger concern is why didn't HR or Kabir or Remy see or notice or better yet....why did they hire a guy who never wanted this job in the first place? Innes is never in the office and couldn't even make it to his own "launch" meeting. Why are they not being held accountable for the total shit show they have now created. When will Japan wake up!

 

Kabir is to blame because he is not fixing the problem. He got Bob removed and never replaced him because he wants to run Otsuka US. Well, here you go, run it. Remy is not only a jerk, but is making awful decisions. I agree that sales ops is a cluster, but Avanir is worse. So by putting an Avanir schmuck in the lead of ops, you are just doubling up on bad.

 

Kabir is too busy leaving early and Remy is too busy lying to people. Neither noticed.

Supposedly the politician TD was supposed to right the ship - Well that didn't happen. Then Remy will fix it - nope not yet - no signs of improvement anywhere please What is the deal?

 

please take the time to talk to Hq empoyees who work with her. Talk to sales directors. This is a very poor decision.

 

Remy fired TD from sales ops and gave the job to Avanir Joe. What a great idea! Their sales ops is worse than ours, what can go wrong? Last week, Avanir Joe quit because he couldn't handle the job. And guess what, TD is back in charge of ops. Great job everyone, great job.

 

Are you kidding me? What a freaking joke....He couldn't get it right the first time now all the sudden because Joe quit he gets a second chance....or are they just using him until they find someone else...? TD way to busy kissing ass and playing politics! Nothing surprises me anymore...

poster is right. few inside that has worked with her can imagine her in this job. she has no interest in understanding others opinion, just talk over them and say me,me,me. The Vp job needs broad view and understaning, not middle manager tunnel vision like she has always shown

 

KM is only a temp. I work closely with people that are In The know on who the real VP is. Jon Coktoasten is back and will take over VP on Oct 1st. Heaven help us all!
