Basically a money raising tactic. Mentioned at NSM however the 2 yr time line was hit earlier do to a very lucrative offer

No doubt using cash to buy more drugs to keep pipeline filled esp as Horizant was not approved for alcohol addiction so that's revenue they need to get through another drug purchase
