Welp. That's the last nail in the coffin. For those of you sitting on your a$# (every rep), don't expect to get your next commission check. We are going under. Please someone list accomplishments of this village idiot. She is clueless.

Wow, you sound super disgruntled. You should just leave and let the adults here do their jobs.

Well, someone has a small penis. Let me guess, you work for one of the "tiny labs". Go play with your dingy in the corner.

She is NOT an idiot. In fact, she's a fantastic leader. This is a great move for the company.

She built this company with her leadership and is the only one that pull us out of these tough times. #teamstrickland

Millennium is in talks right now on reorganization of their debt. Also known as bankruptcy. They will not go out of business but you will have to explain to your customers again how this is actually a good thing and we've never been under more solid leadership. I can't wait to see the email from your fearless (more like clueless) leader trying to talk her way out of this one.

That in the memo you guys are using with customers? Just because Christmas is over doesn’t mean you can lie and not Ben on the naughtylist with Santa.

Millennium might not go anywhere overnight, but I have a feeling a lot of reps are leaving very soon. And probably some directors and managers. They treat us like shit. Thanks Rhea

How many more times are we going to have to tell our clients “why” we have new mgmt... why our report changed, why we filed for bankruptcy, WHY we thought our cup agreements were okay... why we told them our competitors were closing then they didn’t.. why we have new leadership... it’s getting old. This new company plan is the nail in the coffin for me... it’s unrealstic and i refuse to sink as low as our competitors and discuss revenue. We sold against it and now we are doing it. Shape on us... i refuse to go down when we get caught. Need to dig out the ole resume.

first learn how to type... secondly we are way past 2013 OLD lawsuits, that’s in the past. The new comp plan is for those who will fight and work hard. With the new major cms cuts, we have to work harder, stronger and be on top of our game. Who cares if our lovely friends at Atox aren’t closing, we can beat them will hard work. At least put doubt out there and go for the gold (en juice!) revenue talks aren’t illegal if you handle them correctly. Just be smart...

First off learn how to type, second we are still paying that $250 million dollar fine from way back in 2013 (in the past). Third we don't do anything with hard work. We just lie, break laws and cheat to get business. Go MH!

New comp plan is utterly ridiculous. That’s why all the good reps are leaving. Our new “leaders” are now trying old tricks that got us into the bind we were in years ago! I’m over it, you would think they would give us more to sell or something better rather than feeding us “rumors” about our competition and flirting with illegal payor conversations. I’m hoping we get a bone thrown soon otherwise this will be a tough year.

Whoever this is, I would like to shake your hand. I totally agree with everything you've said. We could still keep the best of the talent in both Sales and Home Office, but we continue to do things that never have positive outcomes, and we have successfully reshaped a former GREAT company into a very mediocre one. And it sucks for me personally, because I really have enjoyed the majority of my time here, but lately I feel more and more "replaceable" because they don't seem to care much about the employees, and its clear that even Leadership isn't completely bought in on MH's future due to the high turnover we see at the top. I wish things were different, and they'd stop "trimming the fat", but apparently keeping loyal employees isn't something they worry about. Getting out of Toxicology is probably not a bad career choice longterm, but also knowing your non-compete expires in 365 days after walking is a nice Plan B if you have relationships with accounts, or go after a new territory outside your current territory. I can only hope that my fellow REPS are also voicing their concerns to their managers, directors and leadership, and if you haven't already, YOU REALLY SHOULD, because its the only way to save us ALL. Otherwise, my countdown clock is ticking and I'm looking forward to a brighter future somewhere else (really soon too)....
