The maps are almost completed and there will be a significant head count cut. This will be a good thing. We need to cut a number of white males, and some white females over the age of 50 that bring nothing to the table. The have a big paycheck that needs to be eliminated. This will allow us to cut a number of large salaries and regroup as an organization, diversifying our workforce. The bottom line in the field, we are too white. Diversity is a health thing, and this head count cut will allow us to eliminate bloated salaries of a lot of undereducated people, and move forward with a more diversified and highly educated workforce.
