Three more about to leave us!! Wake up mgt - Jeff K. - we are losing some outstanding people because we are all disgruntled and demotivated!! This "new" Allergan doesn't give a $hit about us employees - sinking ship!!

Trust me, no matter who the three people are, no one will care. Everyone is replaceable in their eyes.

So sad to see such a great division being gutted. Some great reps work here and Kline has completely ruined a once great culture.

I used to be proud to work here - now I'm just fulfilling their KPI's. Really bad morale here.

The major problem is this. You have dead weight at the top who are hanging on for dear life who have been with the company longer than the age of David Pyott's new lover.
When management is trying to save their ass, they will do anything and everything they are told. This isn't Jeff's fault. He is a yes man who is complying with his superiors. Do you think he would be a rep or manager in this current culture? Hell no. He is doing and saying what he is told. Neuroscience started going downhill in 2011/2012 with Batman and Robin running the show.
It's only getting worse folks. Jump while you can.

This person speaks the TRUTH!!!!! What a toxic environment we work in - I think most all of us are looking to get out and just waiting for another opportunity to present itself!!

All true. Hard to say exactly who is responsible for the culture change but it's not good. Middle men are the absolute worst.

Are you serious ?? MT will never fire anyone. He takes the path of least resistance. He is the weakest man who will allow a manager to do anything under him, as long as it doesn't shine the spotlight on him. If a manager decides to work 3 office days a week? MT turns a blind eye. MT flies under the radar and will continue to- until retirement.

Smart? Nothing will change with the good ole legacy boys leading the pack. Until....

    -gender discrimination lawsuit and the
    race discrimination lawsuit.

    Management is going down.

Add in that NS (dis)incentive program! Let's change it weekly.

Guess what? No one cares. Leave. Your job will be posted tomorrow without a thought.

Perhaps he thinks 3 office days a week is what a manager should be doing. They should be sitting at a desk removing obstacles for their sales team instead of doing field visits every day wasting everyone's time including the doctors. My Physician's are so sick of me bringing people in with me. They want to leave skid marks when they see me with yet another side kick because they know it will be another dog & pony show. I can't have real conversations that culminate to an actual sale because I'm too busy with the stupid marketing crap they want us to say. The field visits are out of control & equate to NOTHING. So so over it!! Let us go out & do our thing! Sit in your office, do the administrative crap for us & come out every once in a while to the key players, shake their hands & thank them for the business. When will these companies realize this?! So frustrating.

About SUMS it up in my opinion!! I hate this company I work for - benefits are too good to leave but I will be dead if I don't get out here with the stress. Pharma is terrible but this company - especially neurosciences - is the absolute WORST!! More resumes sent out!!
