He can’t fire me now knowing I am going to be a top rep for him. His bonus will be depend on reps like me.

Only our drug works by total Cgrp blockade.
Blocking all Cgrp could have CV negative impact. Read a physiology book or ask a Thought Leader.

We do not have a long term CV safety study looking at this endpoint.

Teva and Lilly drug will not have to answer this customer question.

Did you role play that scenario in Dallas?

I totally agree. This guy is Southern California is a real pc of work. I met him when he was with Avanir. I really thought Amgen only hired the best people. WOW they are going to mess this one up. Best of luck

Amgen will be 0-11 in launches after they screw this up. It was never going to be a great drug. Shitty leaders = shitty results.

If I was stupid there would be that risk. I’m not, so no problem. Thanks for your concern.

This launch will be interesting, especially since my new DM has already mentioned to several new hires that he won’t be the expert on this drug. Really? I thought you were only saying that to me, until two other teammates said you mentioned the same thing during their interview.
    So much for leadership.

    Good luck to us all!

Correction: THIS is why Amgen is imploding.

I’d love to chat, but I’m going to party with my $64 Amex expense reimbusement.

That's the smartest post I've seen! No way you got hired. You could have actually helped them.

Lol- thx for that. I didn’t make the cut in Dalllas; I don’t wish ill will on anyone, but in hindsight I think this was the better outcome for me. Lilly or Teva in 2018! Here I come!

Amgen is a biotech company that used to stand above the rest. It is now no different (or much worse) than the worst of big pharma. First, it was the hires from AZ. Now, in the new Neuro arena, it's a he primary care boneheads from
    Avanir. Seriously?????

Has anyone else not heard anything, either way?

Amgen thought they were getting the best reps so Lily or Teva couldn't. What happened is the best were passed over for the family medicine script reading reps, many from Avanir. The good reps that got offers are still going to continue the process with Lily. I am one. Amgen offered me a good job but the experience was so slimy that I can't believe the launch will be different. Sad, very sad. I'll take that Amgen check but hope I don't have to be here long.

You were robbed. I thought I signed for $69. That barely covers my airport parking and it cost me a vacation day. I expect to sacrifice to move up but this was a pathetic experience and a wasted vacation day even if I get an offer

Worst experience of my life. They can keep their offer. I do not want to work for them.
