Shiel new era

I am not sure if I will be staying since the feedback is average at best. I am having a hard time convincing my accounts that nothing will change since Quest is a huge company who is a leader in the clinical lab industry with all the contacts in the insurance industry. When i say that quest will be running Shiel the same way with no changes most staff look at me like " YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS" i know you do not want us to quit but??? I know Accurate is looking for people and Sunrise.

The changes are no logistics, no billing, no customer service, and reduced phleb hours and pay rate.

As I meantioned in my voicemail a short while ago we have a time sensitive
compensation question that we would like to run by you.

We are in the process of establishing a sales director position for a new
market selling laboratory services to health systems. Based on the grade
of the position the salary range is from $107K to $161K. We have a very
attractive candidate in mind for this position who would leave her current
position in the medical device world where she has a sizable book of health
system clients.

She is looking for a package that will enable her to earn something
approaching her current salary level (approximately $38K) while she is
building her book of business in year one.

We would like to make the following offer:

Base Salary of $125K

Sign-on bonus of $50K payable within thirty days of date of hire.

Three additional $50K bonuses payable at the end of months 6, 9 and 12.
The payment of the bonuses is contingent upon her employment by the company
and her working toward developing the health system unit sales strategy.

This will effectively bring her package to $325K in year 1.

If she were to be terminated without cause in year 1 she would be eligible
for severance equal to one year's salary plus any unpaid bonus amounts.

If she were to leave the company without good reason or were terminated
with cause no severance or remaining bonus amounts would be payable.

In year 2 and thereafter she would receive the base salary of $125K and
commissions based on collected revenues at rates of 4% for first year
sales, 3% for the second year of an accounts collections and 2% for any
account collections in year 3 or thereafter.

Genesis 3:1 introduces a third player in the form of one of the creatures–the serpent. Strange that a serpent should talk to man! It is here in Genesis 3:1-6 that we begin to understand why there are so many problems in the world.

The scriptures in Genesis 3:1 states one thing about the serpent.
The serpent was very crafty, “The serpent was more crafty than any beast of the field” (Genesis 3:1).

Instead, we are introduced to the serpent through what he does. “You shall know them by their fruits” (Matthew 7:16, 20). The Lord wants us to understand that it is more important to discern false words than to know the source of them. Unfortunately, we spend more time learning about false sources and thought than on how they deceive and convince us of their thoughts. Knowledge does not equal discernment!

Is God to blame for all that goes on in life—especially the bad? Why should he allow evil to happen?

Sometimes we talk as if God is the only player in our world! And is the bad guy or culprit for all the havoc we see. Therefore we are angry with him, hate him or have to tolerate him, and don’t want to have anything to do with him until we really have to.

Is God to blame? Is He the only player? Am I a player too? And who else is? Why should God blame me or hold me responsible if he calls all the shots, has predestined everything, and knows what I am going to do anyway and has preprogrammed me to do that?

All of us shall answer to God – no one is exempt irrespective of what we believe, feel or practice.


The scriptures do later inform us more about the serpent. Evidently, the Lord does want us to know more about the the evil one and to raise our caution so to prevent ourselves from falling to his deceit especially at the end of time.

This last verse more clearly identifies him as Satan and the devil.

“And he laid hold of the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years” (Revelation 20:2).

There is an arch enemy who sets himself to destroy the people of God. His intention of beckoning Eve in the Garden was not innocent or good in any sense of the meaning. He accomplished his purposes largely through deceit, that is, falsehood. This is why each of us need to be trained in the truth of God’s Word.

Jack ran the most honest lab around, after all, he had Sal, Toddd, Moshe, Sheldon. He had the very religious and hones Joel Landau. This was a great operation build on hard work and dedicated employees.
