    Does the I stand for India? As in most of the employees will be based out of India very shortly?

    All of your clients are talking about how much you are shifting to India and how fast. We hear it at every meeting and conference and its the #1 or at least top 3 reason why they want to leave their partnership or preferred relationship. Your VPs are tone-deaf and so arrogantly clueless on this being an area of concern.

    they need to shift 100% of the DBA tasks offshore. cost savings and dedicated support offshore. U.S. based are overpaid and do the minimum amount of work. U.S. dba's in this company need to realize that they are replaceable instead of thinking they are the backbone. So much red tape and bottleneck

    Things have certainly changed... and not for the better. Benefit packages are dwindling. Our new insurance SUCKS!
