Dan is doing what he wss brought to Aurora to do. The hedgefund and stakeholders saw how he proppef up a company in California before it went into Chapter 11. He himself even has stated that he had no clue what pathology was when he took the job. That is because he does not have to understand. 88305 is a commodity that can be measured like any other His "job" is to repeat history. Why? Because that is all he knows. He doesnt care about if youre a good or bad pathologist, lab tech, manager, supervisor, etc. He does not have to care. His marching orders are to use Auroras bad debt position to prop up company...then go through Chpt 11. So predictably he is doing exactly what he should be doing. Moreover how much mental or leadership acuity does it take to repeat something youve done already? None. It takes only a part time comittment to repeat oneself.
