So far we know
Dir of PNAMS gone
4 LTC managers gone
1 NAM mngr & maybe more gone
their allready were 3 NAM managers vacant
PNAM managers ? any one have any
info on their status ??

 

Only 1 PNAM RBM was let go. That is confirmed.

 

How many PNAM managers were
there originally?

 

5, 1 vacant, 1 got let go

 

Hope RVK was let go. What a strange person.

 

He was not let go.
He still NAM mngr in Indy
he’s on verge of winning his
3rd PClub award with Avanir.

PNAM Sales Director let go

 

What? RVK is the fckin man.

 

And Avanir upper management
loves him also !

RVK is a pompous SOB. Upper management likes him because he says everything they want to hear! He is nothing more than a puppet

 

Toya dug his grave when he gave his ass kissing speech to Aziz in front of everyone I am sure his peers loved that !

 

i rlly don’t think he was kissing ass, i think he believes in recognition ( including public Recognition) and he just spoke from the heart. He was truly a company man that drank the kool-aid like no other, so i think he was sincere in his speech.

His friend Oksana (in hr) is gone too.

 

Unfortunately people do not see it that way .... exactly no one likes a kool aid drinker and upper management saw that

 

U think his koolaid drinking, ass kissing ways was the only reason for the cut? Psych team also did NOT perform. No where near goal

 

This is all the fault of former leaders {DP, MM, RP} being too aggressive & optimistic about Onz sales & timing of agitation approval. Pretty convenient they got rid of people who’ve been here a long time.

 

How can you assess a team not performing in 6 months? Please explain to us all how the NAMs are doing? Onzetra is such a disgrace you all had to fly go Dallas to be retrained. Now you're being paid out on rankings for Onzetra rather than scripts cause you can't sell it. Some territories got less than 10 for an entire quarter. That isn't enough to pay for your lunch money. The LNAMs are tired of carrying you lazy POSs who make 100k base and have a measly baseline of 100. Some NAMs have been here multiple years and can't crack double digits a week. That's pathetic. Don't think because you KNOW a few Neurologists that'll save your nut. It'll take all of a few meetings with them and the old "I'm your new rep" to ignite the fire. Because IF you were so valuable, you'd actually grow a territory the slightest bit.

 

1. Why say nasty things about a manager on a “manager thread” when you are trying to get information from the managers about their meetings tomorrow.
2. Why bother getting so worked up when everyone will have all the info they need on Thursday or Friday. It will be crystal clear what you need to do...in the mean time, spend your time wisely, looking for a new job, be proactive.
3. These drugs are sh*t. Period.

all into this DOJ investigation and the CNN investigation, thanks a lot for that.
Also why was the 2 LTC Directors
let go in the last 5 months if LTC
is so great, and why did they just
let 4 LTC managers go and
3 of those were past presidents
club winners and were with the
company 6+years, answer
