Yep, we had OK (not great) working functions at GNE and Roche and MG completely destroyed them, lied every day, destroyed careers, and then ran off to Africa. We would have done much better with an experienced manager who's honest, humble and really cared about people. Incremental improvements would have been much better than McKinsey-driven "transformations".

Must have, what else could it have been? Where there is smoke, there is usually fire. When people are complete a-holes, something is almost always amiss.

I do not see MB putting up with a snake like that on her LT moving forward, he has a string of failed adventures

 

Im surprised HW lasted so long. Morally bankrupt and ethically corrupt. Roche values and behaviors existed in a parallel universe to the way she conducted herself. An awful individual.

 

New LT speculation? Heads of R&D, G&A, Services? Orange? Yellow?

 

I think we know who it won’t be - not those LT in current role who are not yet named to current roles.

 

It won’t be long before the next leadership team is being announced based on the current selections.

How can Roche hire the consultants it employed to prepare the transformation in the same leadership team.

For a group supposed to be managing good conduct with suppliers this is a joke.

Really poor and happening openly .

Will need PwC to come in and fix probably -

If procurement can't manage spend then what hope do they have of convincing the organisation they can help . Poor show.
