this Company is in a serious crisis and absolutely nothing of importance is getting done. This board would be empty if anyone thought differently. Truth is that fatassed pumpkin head and stumpy are the two of the worst possible candidates to run this place and the have to go!!!

Ha Ha -- I am working... that's why I'm too busy during the day to post like you fools. Yes, the company is in a very tough spot... so pry your ass off the computer in the middle of the day and go sling some end of the year equipment. Take care of you existing clients. Go see a new customer... you know the one you have been hanging on to for dear life in case they breath the CEREC word. This ain't rocket science.. activity generates opportunity.

So your working huh? How are sales going for you? How is SAP doing? How are your equipment sales? Funny, if you are working so hard how come sales at Patterson are down so much? Customers are fed up with the screwed up billings, the backorders the lack of quality management. So go ahead and laugh and make that sales call that might get you the Cerec...who the hell cares. Patterson put so much credibility in that technology only to come back and bite us in the ass. Now Schein has it and others are coming out with technology that will put Cerec on the back burner. Keep chuggin' along man and I hope you and this shit bag of a once great company succeed. I am leaving next week to go to another dealer who seems to want me and my sales. The arrogant management we have has brought us down and the stock continues to fall. Take a look at the Zack's Reseach article that was put out last week and you tell me to continue to work for this company. I am outta here!

Ditto. Time to bolt from this disaster while I can still convince a few customers to come along. I stopped apologizing a few months ago and just confessed to my customers that we’re getting sold and downsizing. Nothing else seemed to make sense.

"This ain't rocket science.. activity generates opportunity."

    Wow, Dale, you're really smart.

I like the part about rocket science - you're Right about That - look to your management for inspiration there, the rest, well, Have at It. Free Country.

Jeez, its after 9 already. I need to go pick up the dry cleaning and do the grocery shopping to get back in time for Oprah.. Watching this death march to bankruptcy is too much for me to handle. Who knows, if things get any worse here I may need to actually make calls on Monday and Fridays.

    The Horror.

SAP is terrible. It has added hours a day to my work load. Equipment sales are ahead of schedule, but I have had to work really hard at it this year. SAP slows me down so bad, I don't have time to do quotes in the offices so I don't have good records on what to follow up on. This isn't helping equipment sales for me or anybody else I would imagine. I feel your pain, here.

CEREC ... We were always going to lose the exclusive on CEREC. Who cares? If anything... it validates CADCAM. A better choice would be for the company to set a goal for total cadcam sales, and not just CEREC. I love CEREC, but also am selling the hell out of other systems now. iTero pretty much sells itself! What a cool product.

I agree with you - always apologizing to our customers sucks.. but I am sure some big changes are coming and things will get better. This is still a great company. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. I picked off two HS customer in the past two months alone. Maybe it was because I decided to work on a Monday.... wow!! WTF... who gets away with not working Mondays and Friday? That's some talent. Lazy ass... little work ethic here will = little work ethic there.

PS: We are all $1.89 closer to retirement today.

Glad to hear your equipment numbers on on track, but I have a feeling that you are not in the majority. You are certainly right about SAP, what a disaster. The time it takes to do an equipment quote is ridiculous. And unlike the TRs, there are no work arounds, but that's ok. Who wouldn't rather sit at their computer working until 10pm. Family time? who needs it, work harder. And oh by the way, don't be surprised if we cut commissions yet again.

Can the company be turned around? probably. But how long will it take to recover from the lost business, 5 years? 10? Replace the tenured reps that were fired for no reason or have left over the last 2 years. It will be a long slow process to try to come back, or a short demise

If there was a sliver of hope that this rebounds, it’s impossibe to see that happening with those nit wits running things in MN.

People have been fired for a lot less and for some strange reason they’re still there.

Makes no sense that they’re still rhere and the longer they are the slimmer the chances of a rebound of any kind.

    Disagree?

Just listened to Kramer on the market watch. Amazon death star targeting dental. 3m and dentsply products already available to business accounts. The stocks are already taking a hit! Look out TRs. I see lower margins and lower commission on the horizon.

not pumpkihead’s fault. There’s no way that twat, stumpy and Cujo could’ve seen that one coming and made plans to mitigate the damage. Oh wait, they did when they started letting go everyone that mattered.

    We’re doomed.

Forget it, I'm not doing Mondays or Fridays anymore. The jig is UP. This thing won't be around much longer in the present form. I've had a good run and made money for many years, The writing is on the wall, We are obsolete and there is no place for us on-the-street. We add no value anymore. We have finally become liabilities.

If you want to argue, go ahead. If you're too stupid and hard-headed to realize whats happening, Fuck Off and DIE.

FSS has improved slightly - more accommodating lately and hold times are slightly better. No idea on Muniz.
