I am inside-I have not been able to confirm if joe took serio or not. I have heard he did but also heard that he was blocked from taking it. He was in the office today. Town halls next week and rolling announcements. The new person from Lilly is filling Chris Kaplan’s old spot, not Joes.

No. The new person is Joe's boss. That is until he leaves at the end of the quarter. You know he took the SERIO

No one feels secure. ABLs deal with more bullshit than reps do. Some of them relish it, others hate it just like reps.

ABL's-RBL- Hospital- -LTC-Regional Accts-CEM- all will be effected. The ladder will be eliminated. This was signed off 2 months ago. Delay with Serio and new Kaplan replacement. It will be over shortly.

Thank goodness! The rumor is some of these folks will start to learn their fate this week and it will trickle down from there. Maybe we all know by next week? Can anyone confirm or deny?

Ok - so Brian Washburn mentioned changes to structure on East Zone call and last week our RBL changed their tune from “I don’t think much of anything will change” to “we could see significant changes in the near future”....but you say this is not true??? YEAH, RIGHT!

RBL know nothing. Certain areas will be effected but not as major as made out to be. There are numerous areas without teams so if possible they will be back filled.

We are hiring for hundreds of positions. No layoffs, it's just the opposite. #Teamsanofi

Well you must have heard wrong? Any chance, this is just another typical Sanofi Snafu? Maybe we learn something more this week? My worst nightmare is starting to come true....no changes at all q1. Why would any company go to the ridiculous expense of sending everyone to a POA, then turn everything upside down a few weeks later? I'm still hoping something occurs in the next few weeks.

Insider here. Once again, there will be no major restructuring for most of the field force. In fact, right now AVPs are trying to get Paris permission to start hiring for areas that are vacant. There are territories throughout the country with no one in them. Now, this does not mean there will be no layoffs. Some areas are both rep and ABL heavy. MTIN, LTC, will be backfilled into areas where they can be. Hold tight, announcement will be made this Friday, January 19th.

The 55 insider has stated this Thursday or Friday so more than likely to be the case. Restructure with limited layoffs for field personnel. Changes to some geographies, and direct reports.

Some vacancies are being filled now, mainly specialty positions. The vacancies that are being filled must be filled by early February.

More ABLs took serio than expected, so that is why there is a delay in realignment. Minimal layoffs in sales are expected.

PTL!! It seems like a no brainer that there wouldn't be many rep layoffs when most geographies don't have enough reps to do what's being asked - that being said- restructuring the size of geographies seems very necessary if the company wants reps to be successful= Sanofi success. Those that have stayed through 2017 out to be all given a industry standard raise and bonus. Cheers to 2018 and changes that bring life back to this company and its employees!!

It will take this company a decade to normalize. Been tons of damage to people here. Rotten culture, degenerates in management that get away with abusive behavior . Total fear retaliation at Sanofi. Hopefully the trash gets taken out soon.
