    Olympus hit $33.85 today. Down from $42.51 at its peak, in an overinflated market. This tells the whole story right here. All of you will be out of a job soon!

    Hows growth coming in Urology folks? I have been busting my butt, and bipolar is shrinking, as well as the continued lock out on stone disposables at many systems that have contracts with our competition with multi year contracts. With lower capital budgets, how are you folks hitting your goals with these issues?
    Is it time to roll? Seems like it may be. My cousin saw the prelims on the new comp plan and OCA is definitely heading to the 5% commission at bottom disposable attainment.

    STAY ON POINT . Standard Model Day will get us to our # . What is the main thing! Its obvious your main thing is not our main thing. Sales reps want to earn money and have as sense of accomplishment . We want to be a part of a team.
    Sean , Ryan and Tanner have created a culture disengagement ! The perception is that you are only concerned about the process. You need to earn respect , by actually delivering something of value to us, and doing what you say you will do. All 3 of you guys always do the side step or back step.

We have zero contracts except for the same regional RPC that Ryan stumbled into. Ryan is so far in over his head and only repeats the same thing over and over again. If you want us to sell ,pay us accordingly ! You have created a culture of ZERO TRUST, ZERO MOTIVATION . You have ZERO CLUE of what is really happening in the market place. PADS ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?     Find out what the target comp is . Ask why the position is open ? Ask about the training ? Ask about the % turnover ? Ask about the Upper management and how they will develop reps? Ask how many people are hitting the number ! Ask for sales last 3 years of area ? Ask how many times the area has been realigned ? Ask why there is so much turn over in muddle managemnet ? Ask how many contracts energy is on ,to give you the ability to knock on the door ? Ask what the commission rate is ?
    Then you can make a good business decision !

    I'll save you on question. GPO contracts = NONE. So, instead ask what is strategy to compete against Ethicon and Covidien in aggregate spend hospital purchase world we now live? Does Olympus offer the same amongst all divisions? If there is existing business in that geography, it was developed years ago and barely hanging on. The best product they have is the Smokestack morcellator, but it has suction port within bag, so it's all good. Good luck grasshopper.

    its pretty simple, if Olympus is the very last option you have and you want to be miserable for a year or so just to get it on your resume, consider it. I hope you have other options though because Olympus is the worst company you’ll ever work for. Where are you interviewing for? Ask to speak with prior rep to get their opinion, even if it may be biased, you then will have some info to sort out for yourself. MGT SUCKS!!! Randy Clark, Sean Moore, Kevin Starr and Tanner are pathetic and most middle mgt aren’t much better. They’re a bunch of pussies just collecting a paycheck and have NO balls to fight the fight for the reps! Just go in with your eyes wide open!!
