Well - this is fact. In HQ, a bunch of back-biting lazy liars. No collaboration, no vision and so many damn layers that it is ruining people. Everyone here is an ex PFE drone. They are all out for themselves. So many good people have left and they cannot stand the environment. I want OUT! Interviewing soon. NO ONE STAYS HERE! RUN!!!!!!

Awful environment. No one stays. The worst backstabbing bunch and most are actually lacking in true intelligence and leadership. They stay b/c they were former PFE employees and have NO choice but to stay. There is also a complete disconnect in communication. People in marketing hate it there and actually lack experience. You have a bunch of vets hired trying to run a business. Lack of leadership for sales!!! I pity anyone at this terrible place! I left and never looked back.

No one is happy hre. A bunch of lazy people who work from home every Friday at HQ and have 2nd jobs to boot. Egomaniacal VP and a substandard group of ex Pfizer employees who act and talk like ex Pfizer jocks. The head o the BUs are absolutely awful completely detached from the market. I honestly in all my years have never worked for such a poor company.

I strongly recommend NOT applying to HQ positions. No one stays except the boys from Pfizer - a bunch of morons! It is a chaotic mess there!

If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen. If you want to come here thinking this will be a walk in the park stay away. If you want to add value and continue strengthening the company, door is open!

No one was fired. Like everyone else - they run out of here. The BUS are not unified or integrated. Awful. I left 2 years ago and am breathing a sigh of relief everyday. People who left peruse many threads you POS. This place sucks!

Ridiculous!!! IF they own a ton of Pfizer stock, it has no bearing what-so-ever on their employment with Zoetis. They're two different companies! Your comment makes as much sense as saying they only stick around because they have GE stock....stupid....

Stev shel started the downward spiral of pah in early 2000s, followed by gerg feenel... pfizer cronies came in to play after feenel was fired... interesting devolution if you study where and when people came from and eventually landed... sad to see, it was a great business in a great sector. The industry is polluted with pah/zts bad retread "leadership" worked with some great people and had some really awesome times...

correction: ian read purged pfizer of all the bad so-called leaders he wanted to get rid of by conveniently transferring them to zoetis prior to their spin off. these retread fuc*ers got loads of zoetis stock options and restricted stock to play with. all they care about is stock price now, nothing about employees or their morale matters to these fuc*ers

Why is Pfizer Animal Health still a live board? Should have created a Zoetis board already...

I don’t know how to find a current zoetis board.. but with the announcement of Kristin Peck taking over from Juan Ramon..this makes me happy.. as I hope scumbags like Steve Leader who violates everyone with his words and suggestions is NOT moved up. And others like Jason McKinney has pretty much silenced anyone below him due to his actions.

The culture if you are field based is horrible .. as it’s a shut up and just tow the line.. if you speak up you are branded.. and you will never develop in the company.

The former manager I worked under celebrated if a sales win was made bc of a drinking game with customers and chastised another when science and technology was the slow win with other customers. The tone is the current abaxis collision is that abaxis said xxxx amount of employees had to be kept... And legacy zoetis employees are being told... don’t worry...xxxx is abaxis and won’t survive our 12 month training.

I think it’s safe to say if you’re coming from human pharma the closest thing you’ll find, and it’s not really even close, is Zoetis - that could be good or bad. As a Pfizer spinoff, you’ll get the same shitty, pompous corporate mentality of the Pfizer human side, but you’ll get good training, products, reputation, and for the most part the vets will like you because if you at least show up to the offices, you’re doing more than what 75% of other animal health reps do.
