    Sad! Good people are going and the trash is protected. No 401K match for us little people, I bet the ABD’s on up have golden parachutes! And the stock we are getting? What’s that really worth and why did former CEO and BOD sell all their stock many months ago? Keep working hard workhorses!!!

    To the best of my guesstimates, there are over 40 representatives gone, at least two regional trainers gone, an ABD, I think now 3 RBDs (with another one or two soon to be out), several home office people and the CEO. All in one year!

    I would say that the only fact news is that this company will be here this time next year.

    The West RBDs have an update call for Matt to make excuses about another two RBDs gone and the slackers he will have fill in for them.

    I know this joker from a former job. Let me guess? He’s pitting people against each other and his boss still thinks he’s as pure as the driven snow. He’ll make a mess a things that’s for sure.

    Thanks for your response Matt H.

    Matt’s one strong point is kissing Marianne’s, Lindsey and Troy’s behind.

    The other times he is intimidating his employees or trying to sleep with them. Troy needs to step in immediately or Salesforce will not be successful with Trulance.

    Now that is rich. You just named four of the main reason why Synergy stock in in the crapper (pun intended). Four shire rejects, each hired for positions above their experience (Troy now two up!) and complete incompetence out of the gates. Money and time spent on such nonsense while the company limps along. Zero vision. I have never worked for bigger fools as the senior leadership team. They are all hanging on to these jobs because they won’t ever get this position again with the track record that will follow them. This company will be sold (hopefully) before the end of 2019 is not sooner to end the sh*t show.

    Leadership must change now. Too many warning signs.

    Troy needs to start over with sales leadership. How much experience does the West RBD have in his role, that man can barely finish a sentence let alone lead a group of managers and reps. And besides that, All people talk about is how he smears his own leadership team and the reps that work for them, besides of course, the average ones he got jobs.

    Whether it’s him or his average reps he recommended to work at Synergy, non of which were award winners in 2017, they cause workplace issues, havoc, and eventually lose any credibility in a short amount of time.
