I know I will get silly replies for asking this on Cafepharma but I do want to inquire about the benefits and salary range for the clinical Liaison position at this company and could not find much information on base salary, bonus and benefits.

I am applying because I had to move because of a spousal transfer.

Is this similar to a sales rep position?

I have 10 years of injectable buy and bill specialty pharmaceutical experience with new product launch experience in the rare disease space. My base is around 125k with bonus 35k at plan with company car and normal 401k and health insurance.

Looks like this is a growing company with solid products. Any input on salary ranges, bonuses and any other pertinent information for a job candidate that would be useful would be much appreciated.

Average insurance & benefit plans, employee stock plan.

    Car allowance and mileage

Salary - I have not heard of any new hires above $90k even in areas with expensive living costs. Long timers with many awards are in the $120k range but that is a handful at most. 2% annual raises are the norm.

At plan bonus is 20% of base over 5 payouts- it is capped at two times.

This isn’t the place to come to make great money but there are a lot of good people here trying to make a difference. ( There are also some not so great people but they stand out and are easy to avoid). Company culture used to be amazing, now it is ok but sliding fast. Launch of a fantastic product but lots of dumb mistakes and poor direction. Micromanagement is at an all time high.

Thank you for the quick and professional reply. Why do they CAP the bonus? I have never worked for a company that limited the incentive to sell more product, especially a new product being launched into the marketplace.

In the distant past our bonuses weren't capped. But the company got into some hot water, and so they cap the bonuses to prevent the appearance of off-label promotion or CLs pushing docs to write above the DEA imposed patient caps. But it's still not fair IMO, you can have a great quarter and nothing is out of bounds. The company is overly compliant bc of the past legal issues.
As for the launch there are a few bonus opportunities on top of quarterly payouts. I hope this helps.

Bonus is 25% of base at plan and can double. Everything else is spot on.

I'm a new hire and started well over $90. Bonus structure is iffy but the products are solid and needed. Hopefully they will adjust the bonus structure with the launch of the new product.

Sell Sell Sell or we all go to jail..........
OIG and states looking heavily into Medicaid fraud......
With all the diversion and lack of PCR reporting and management hardly to never working with CL's this is a huge red flag. My resume is way out there as the shit is really gonna hit the fan.

We have been hiding the fact that many patients just get Sub from docs with no regard to treatment protocol.
Why did we go long acting. I tell you why - diversion is rampant - Sub sales on the street at an all time high and the black market is huge.

How can we sit back and watch the youth of america stay hooked on our so called medication.
It is and always will be DIVERTED and now my sons friends are buying sub on the street.
The sub dealer makes 30 a unit and at 60 units its 1800 clear cash a month. The dealers doc just hands out a script. Its like a kid in candy store.

I sure wouldn’t let anyone know that and know who you are if you really got over 90k. HR would of had to make an exception for u and I wouldn’t leak that shit

You better have buy and bill experience. There are people here who aren't even making $90K. What a bunch of bullshit.

Even Ten years ago, the base started at 90K.
HR here is the worst in the industry.
    Don't take a dime less than 100K.

The current starting salary for CL caps at 90k. I know it for a fact. If u want more go elsewhere. Honestly most of u aren’t worth 75k

We pay at a rate where we don’t have to layoff unlike others that only make 6 month promises. Trolls always have the dumbest comments.

Such a bunch of crap. It is evident there are home office people on here all the time and Marty’s rhetoric is easily identified. CL’s are talking about it all the time and we are well aware of salary problems!!!! There is just not a better opportunity right now for good CL’s that have stayed because of our mission. It is only a matter of time. Indivior, you think we are stupid! Wrong!!! We are just waiting and you will be sorry for taking advantage of us.
