Is HP qualified to be in leadership?

    people are running from her in droves- RMs, TMs and SSRs. Do you really need any more evidence of what a horrible AD she is? Bob G are you blind?

    What happened to "retaining" talent? If an AD loses half of her RMs in one day, what statement does that make? How many of the remaining RMs are looking to get away from her? I know the answer. Has there ever been a Zoll Sales Area with 100% RM vacancy? How long will HP be given further opportunity to kill LifeVest business in her segment of the U.S.?

    I hear what you are saying but keep in mind she has hit her plan 4 out of the last 5 quarters! How do you argue with that? This woman produces, bottom line.

    AD’s don’t produce. Period. The TM’s do and the RM’s help. I would think that if you had content RM’s and content TM’s the results would be even better. I don’t know Heather, but when you have 3 managers leave in a day, there is a message being sent and you should listen. Some people are not cut out for leadership.

    we must be talking about two different people. No AD in this company has accomplished this and HP is at the bottom of the list in achievement to plan. Nice try at misdirection but this is common knowledge.

    she does not produce. she is an ineffective wanna be leader. she loves to hear herself talk but is not and cannot be effective when in front of thought leaders with contrary opinions. she does not fight strategically for supporting the growth opportunities in her area. her rms fear her. when the situation gets tough, she reverts to her only known behavior - repetition and scripted gibberish that customers find incredible on many levels. doomed are those who let history repeat itself- like dsi

    Not entirely true. Susan resigned rather than deal with HP’s disingenuous bs. The other two definitely escaped her, although she’ll spin it like they’re leaving for family reasons

    Yes it was the kind of “resignation” Heather is known to make happen. Basically she sets the proposition up as “you are leaving. Would you like to resign with a severance or be fired?” Totally her MO.

    That’s SO HP! When she is under scrutiny like the investigation being done on her now she gets rid of the weak link to appear to be doing something. And to refocus attention away from herself. What a turd!

    This is absolutely disgusting. Not just the spinning but that she would let people know about the downsizing just to cover herself. Information like this needs to be handled very carefully and communicated very deliberately and with the broader communication plan. Shame on her.

    Heather has an actual list of TMs and PSRs who she will suggest for separation when the time comes. Are you on her list? If not, at what cost to your self respect and integrity. Tell her to go to hell.
