Couldn't be more spot on! I've quit complaining. As long as we have the ALL DAY LIE, we are good to go! I know a small number of you think it's unethical to work only a few hours a day or nothing at all, but it allows me the freedom to enjoy life to it's fullest! Unethical? Yes, but nobody here has any ethics to speak of.

The ALL DAY LIE is more contagious than the flu! I can't wait until Spring gets here! Early morning tee times, planting/working in my first ever garden, catching an early movie (do that now!). Oh yes, the ADL is very, very contagious!

always thought you guys were lame. I was the stupid one. Working on extra stuff and taking an active role. Heck with that. Gotten me zero. Dsm is useless and afraid people can see what a tool he is and he’s building he cases on anyone that’s a threat. Well that won’t be me anymore. Going to be as useless as his favorites. Hate this place.

The All Day Lie is the ONLY WAY TO MENTALLY DEAL WITH WORKING AT THIS PLANTATION. Only a true moron would work for this clown show. Get out when you can!

The ADL is both common and economic sense for anyone working in the field more than a year or two.... I'm sure 90% of us ADL'ers would be happy and more fulfilled if it was truly possible to do the job 8-5 as outlined when first hired and trained... but this is not 1980s something back in the glory days ... access is horrible, managed care makes or breaks your numbers...and company has zero loyalty to you...use this time wisely to make your next career move

It makes me laugh to see these newbies working hard believing that if they make their boss look good that they will get promoted. Soon they realize that the only way to make their boss look good is to get fired by them.
AZ gives out trophies to managers who whip the shit out of their people until they either leave or are fired.

This will be the first time that I will practice the ADL for an entire week. It's going to be great!

I am doing the same thing for the first time as well! It does feel great! Just be smart about it, and we can do this forever!

Hell, I don't know anyone that's not loving the ADL! I think I have participated now for about 12 years. It's like crack, you just can't give it up and work a full day! I"M ADDICTED TO THE ALL DAY LIE!

Truth is there aren’t enough accessible customers to work a full week. Wish there were and I wouldn’t have to pretend.

Everyone does it and enough really stupid ones get carried away and are caught that it adds cover for the rest of us. AZ will continue to fire a few to make it look like they enforce their ridiculous policies but everyone knows that they can't fire us all. Just be smart about it and stay on the good side of your manager who is also faking it.

What an inspiration! I have enjoyed our tradition now for 15 years! I haven't worked a full except may be a few times over that period. I treat my reps like the pros they are. I meet about 9AM, make a couple of calls, go to lunch (office or with just my rep) and leave. Then I work on a mountain of paperwork, take an "office day" and go play golf. Can't do it every week, but i try! Enjoy the ADL!

Sounds to me like you are still working. Anytime you are wearing the suit and talking business talk, it is work. If not, you would be with your true friends or family. Just because you are not digging ditches doesn't mean its not work. Even driving down the interstate to a call is work.

All day lie is just that, a big lie. Massive terminations occurred for those faking calls and will continue.
15 folks let go last month for it.

15 out of thousands who are working part time at best. This is a token to provide a few DMs cover to prove they can make the tough decisions. What a friggin joke.
