Every company has those who love and those who hate... but Seems to be so many negative comments. Any insight on the company culture and longevity of the company?

    I ask you this.

Find me one company on this board where everyone isn’t bitching. When you do let me know so I can Apply.

Cafepharma ain’t the place to answer your question. Do some real homework kid.

First off, I probably am old enough to be your father, and second it’s millennials like you that ruin what could be an informative website. It’s unfortunately turned into a forum that anomymous people like you complain rather than really helping people. If you are someone they hire then definitely not the place for me.

Good and Bad for Jersey and Company

    Good:
TS seems to be a well liked manager
    Drug is a good drug
Pod system allows one to not worry about numbers because chances are they will not fire one person in a pod
    Car allowance + mileage

    Bad:
Company treats you like you are a dummy, they tell you what to say, how to say it, how often act. all told by training and marketers who can't sell
Bonus is poor at company and the jersey territory has wild swings due to buy ins,
    No equity
    No future
    Eventual absorption by Abbvie
A lot of compliance and legal rules due to cia
JBI counterparts are usually green or a-holes, sometimes both

Final Comment: If you are out of a job, if you have kids or family issues that limit travel, if you just want to make money/benefits with no real upside this is a good place.
