I can’t leave yet for many reasons. This is no fun workplace. In the meantime, I'm sucking it up, dealing with the day-to-day bullshit, incompetent managers, unattainable goals, and poor morale.
The cutting of people inside will have directly effect our customers. It will make the Field’s jobs much more difficult- especially servicing. Without internal support- things will fall through the cracks- too bad the company never truly conducted an Activity Based Costing model for the people being let go. Outsourcing teammates is a bad idea!
I am pissed I am losing my inside sales rep. I doubt Publicis has a fucking clue- they are just rental people without a vested interest in Galderma. Stupid fucker who even thought about outsourcing this will be long gone to another company by the time this blows up- unless we get sold first. My inside sales rep was helpful in me hitting my numbers. Stunning nothing in Fort Worth is available- they shitcanned her and everybody else. Senior Leardership is a turnstyle- constant turnover. No wonder we never have any traction.
Why would you put hardworking people who care about their jobs thru all this bullshit. Take the recent events as a warning of things to come Nestle leaders do not care about you.
