Anyone have any insight on the Anti-Infective division? Just saw a job opening and was wanting more information before I look into it further. Thanks!

    Good to hear.
Any other insight into the division / company as a whole? I've heard rumors of being sold out, lack of job security.

Don’t come here unless you are unemployed; this division has high turnover, no credible marketing leadership and churn and burn mentally. We are all looking to get out. And yes, we are inkine to be sold as step children to this cimpany. Make sure you check into the manager, they are PIP warriors. Good Luck

This place is absolutely miserable. I highly recommend finding anything else you possibly can before coming here. McDonald’s, Arby’s, anything. Priority here is to hire anyone with zero sales experience, so that the company can get away with paying them the minimum. Anything to save a dime.

I won't have to add much because you already got great advice from the above posters, but I do want to add to strongly reconsider coming here. Yes, if you're unemployed, I understand, but if you're not, please interview somewhere else. The Hospital DMs will ride you as if you are a primary care rep. Example...If you get JS or BW in the Northeast then that's good, awesome managers. The NYC one, BQ, run for your life. We had a salesforce layoff last year. Plus, we have the worst marketing team. ALL the good one's left. Also, no AI pipeline, we will likely get CNS drugs to sell. If you have AI experience, they will not pay you for it. We are the lowest paid Hospital Reps in the industry. Just do your homework and know what you're getting into. Good luck.

Allergan base pay is low. Experience and past success doesn’t matter. Company is in turmoil. 5 layoffs in 4 years. Stock is down over $100 in the past year. CEO is actively looking to sell divisions. Turn over rate is high.

This pretty much sums into up perfectly. Now add in the other AI-specific information previously presented, like no real leadership in AI Marketing, too many weak field managers, continuous micro-management regardless of tenure or skill level, no AI pipeline or R&D, horrendous moral, etc. Other than financial desperation I’m not sure why anyone would consider joining this team in this company at this time.

Agreed, but people are desperate to find jobs. They will take anything and then continue to interview even after accepting a position here

Not Enough; this place is so miserable there is no money that would make it worthwhile (didn’t you read we are going to be sold?) save yourself the mental anguish at any cost

What a joke. Ppl don’t make shit here. $55,000 base $8,000 comp if you hit goal on all 6 of the worthless me-too products in your bag. Again, anything is better than rotting here. Except unemployment.

Since this is an Anti-Infective thread, I am going to assume your question about salary is for an AI position. Hospital reps salaries start at 100k, but the tenured reps are much higher.

I had the pleasure of launching Teflaro in the West back when it was Forest. It was a brutal launch and yes, lots of pips 1st year of launch.
