Worst PCR DMs?

A thread to celebrate the worst DMs at Allergan. I can imagine that there are even more terrible DMs throughout the country, but my nomination is for Western NY/Central PA. Treats women like pieces of meat and is dumb as rocks

 

There are some real losers in the south too. So many times DMs sucked at sales and wanted out to escape the pressure of having to produce. Now they can point the finger at their sales reps when numbers are down and they don’t have to sell or get prescribers to like them through a relationship (neither of which they could do to begin with).

It’s funny how there are also some DMs that romanticize the past and act like they just went in and told the doctor what to prescribe but somehow never won PC or any national award. Like AF in TN

 

there’s one in VA that keeps getting reported to HR for various infractions. Yet the Manager goes to PC and the Reps suddenly get horrible FCR’s followed by LOC’s.......

 

Is the guy AF in Tennessee the one with sexual misconduct suits against him? heard some shit on him that is an hr nightmare. he must be hot or related to someone high up if he gets away with that. don't be like the donald dude. so sick of loser ass managers who wield their tiny dick sabers as if they have any power sure wouldn't mind having a lady dm

 

It's gotta be the DM in Colorado and Kansas, AC. Total stiff and zero personality. You all know him, he's usually the first one to ask a question on an earnings/conference call

 

Oh there is NO doubt AC is one of the worst! How the hell is he still here? None of his reps are.

 

The one that cries at meetings when presenting patient types to show how much he cares.

 

he is the fucking worst! he even cries when giving out rep awards. his reps cannot stand him. even program speakers can't stand him, one literally said he wanted to reach across the table and strangle him during an in-office program.

 

Lmao. Yeah AF in TN started doing this cry thing when talking about helping his reps get awards. He saw another dude do it and must have been impressed by it, so he started doing the whole get emotional and cry routine. It’s dunny cause everyone knows he started doing it cause he copied that but from someone else

 

If an asshole like AF continues to be upheld by an RD then something is wrong. We are tired of you. Crying like you care when everyone knows he doesn't is pathetic. Watch his response when something doesn't go his way. Adult bully who turns red in the face and throws tantrums. Been thrown out of offices? Yes. Told not to come back? Yes. He also got a young and winning dm fired out of jealousy. How low can you be?????

Anyway he’s a terrible manager. No selling skills and no awards when he was a sales rep. Just abrasive and says he tells the doctors what to write. Yeah right.
Lol he does get red faced. And talks about getting drunk drinking beer on an inter tube float in the lake every weekend at POAs. What a true professional. Lmao

T. Posey - RD in south Texas is the worst ! This year he put on 5 people in prez club!! And has averaged only 5/6 people over the last 4 years!!
The higher ups say Texas is vital for the success and puts money in Allergan’s bank account. The ABD’s and VP’s can’t even recognize that this douchebag is a total failure.

 

Posts that name people is so low. We all deal with different personalities & some we encounter can be intimidating. Be better than than this type of thread and think about how you'd feel if someone posted about you. You have filthy mouths and bitterness. Do good to others so good can return to you.

 

Wondering about the North Carolina DM's and if they are still with AGN after all the layoffs. AC (male) and AB (female- handled the Fayettville area up to eastern Raleigh)
