really, I work in a different division, but was in the same area as his team. Ryan was legendary as being a big Dick to his territory managers and those around in neighboring divisions. Somehow you feel how he treated people was okay? You said you never worked for him, and probably didn’t work along side him either. Where there is smoke, there is fire. He was not a good guy

It's a beautiful and classic insult. Too bad our modern lexicon has been hijacked by h0m0s.

THIS IS GREAT !!!! Ryan is not a good person nor was he a good anything but a wanna be ! What makes this even better is Sean put him in that position and as we all know ,a manager is only as good as the people around him. So Tanner ,Ryan and Sean were the perfect Moe Shemp and Larry. Then you throw in the turnover of good reps and Rvp's that were let go or moved on and look at whats left . Watch the business schools in the next 5 years . This will be a case study of how not to make a business profitable and how to not create a positive culture and work environment . I can't believe I am still associated with this division.

I’m not here to defend Ryan because he was really bad, matter of fact, one chromosome away from being a Down syndrome baby, but energy started going downhill the minute Randy the dick sucker took over and then brought in the Slob, Sean Moore!!! Then Sean compounds the problem, 1) by being a feckless, milk toast leader, 2) getting rid of and/or running off good people, 3) replacing them with, you’ve got to be kidding me, Tanner and Kevin, 2 worthless, overpaid Sean wannabes and who the fuck would want to be like Sean Moore!! Then they bring in some other losers to be RVP’s. It’s really a shame such a great company not too many years ago has turned into one of the worst to work for. I’d feel bad for the Japanese except that they keep on lett No it slide so that’s their fault. They need to get rid of Todd, Nacho, Randy, Nils, etc and quit blaming it on the reps!!

Hey Sean, how does it feel to be the least respected VP of Sales in the medical industry? You’re the laughingstock of the reps and the managers! The only ones close to you are Kevin and Tanner as they suck up to you for a paycheck. It’s really sad!

    Fire Todd & Nils.
    Two total losers.
    They have ruined Olympus.
Hey Nils, I bet you can't wait to get up on stage to get booed for missing your number by 4.3 million usd this year. We will continue to sandbag, until OCA wakes up and fires your ass!

Funny how mgmt think the reps have no power. Well, we sandbagged enough to miss the number and possibly not hit the almighty BUDGET number either. So tell us Nacho, Pierre and Todd, how’s it feel to have your comp (bonus) fucked with by the reps missing the number?! What comes around goes around you dumb shits. You can’t fire all the reps! Better get that comp house in order or you’ll see a repeat in 151.

4.3 mil...that ain’t s*^t. I missed my already reduced quota by 15.5 mil. Nobody can match my results

    Sean “212” Moore.

PS - Tanner is lighting the fire to get the water boiling for next year. I’m shooting for 20 mil next year. I like to set the bar high

Really interesting shenanigans by OCA end of year KPI numbers. Check out the percent to quota #’s for the following dissolved territories compared to previous month.

    Chattanooga
    GA
    West Texas
    Upstate NY
    Minneapolis
    WI South
