Who is responsible for designing this CLIX pre-work video? What a complete failure, and what a total insult to the Field Sales Team of Professionals. Online training can be fantastic, but we are better than this! The entire tone of content delivery is extremely condescending, and the logistics of having to tap the next button after each short phrase became a marathon exercise in patience. The session (1 hour, not 30 minutes as promised) was not book-marked and clearly had a vengeful vibe from a training department hell bent on stopping a small number of employees from tapping on play and walking away. This pre-work has destroyed the very thing you guys set out to do - generate excitement around a new and useful business tool. Unfortunately, it was clearly a misfire and very likely an insult to everyone involved!! Ramona, please get the people in Sales Training under control, they are a complete embarrassment to our organization.

I fell asleep in between each “next.” Took me 2 hours to suffer through it.

Does anyone take the training department serious? This was an absolute joke. I couldn't believe what I was watching. Somebody should be fired!

Nailed it. They keep treating us like kindergarteners, and wonder why morale is an issue.

Took way longer. Next. Than 30 minutes. Next. I wasted an hour. Next. Of my personal tume. Next. To do this. Next. Never again. Next.

Wow, so sad. World class training? Really? Who are these people? How do you keep your job putting stuff like that out? Truly Amazing

Am I the only one not shocked by this? I wouldn’t come down on the training department for treating the field employees like kindergarteners. The entire company is a colossal playground! No one respects anyone and unfortunately, that’s become the norm!

Not surprised either. However, it all starts at the top. You treat your people as you want them to be. If they don't respond in kind, you quietly and separately help them find a new endeavor. When leadership goes low, things deteriorate quickly throughout the organization.

Haha, when this is all you have to roll out at the NSM as "new", things are pretty desperate. It's the same stuff we already have, just all stuck on a 1 page app. Big F-ing deal!

God that was horrible iInsights training. 287 times I hit next. 1 1/2 of my day gone. Same info as Dashboard IMO. I gotta due the double protection login every time I want to view a HCP.

    Frustrated!!

Overrated for sure. How many times over the years have they tried to re-create our reports? Looking at numbers and trends don't sell anything!

How short was the work day skirt that made you buy this POS. The whole field is digusted with this “new” testing portal down to the IT millennials

I honestly could not have said it better than this post. This video was much to do about nothing. Give me a break, nothing new here folks!

Any enthusiasm about this was zapped out just because some mfer in training decided to waste 2 hour of the fields time with clicking the next button.

I listened to the first 30 slides, even played your click the next button game. Now it's on mute and all I'm doing is clicking. I was engaged and now Idont give a crap.

you mean we didn't need a few slides to tell us that a green number is good while a red number is bad. Fucking idiots.

YES SHE WAS proud of her clicks and we were all groaning in the audience..just CLUELESS. What the chick didn't realize the program made us MORE disengaged then engaged.
