Just talking out of both ends. Saying be patient and we know we have a ton to fix then abms losing their mind because not enough injections. By the way we still don’t have a Q2 sip plan. Shouldn’t we get that before the quarter starts? Are we that inept? We are flying blind and don’t know if we can afford to be patient or not. I know I know it’s all about the patients but shouldn’t someone be competent enough to put out a sip plan? From the rumors I’ve heard the current plan will get 2% of the cls paid in Q2. Now let’s be motivated to make nothing. Woo hoo

we historically never know SIP details until into the quarter which always seemed ridunk. I’ve never been able to figure out why someone can’t get ahead of the curve once in awhile. Another good example of a failed launch. Shouldn’t we have known all this in January? Had different strategies to pull from based on the performance? Why are we figuring it out one quarter at a time? I could see if it was an antibiotic or some secondary portfolio drug. This is our bread and butter? Wow

There’s really no excuse for it except they can gauge trends and set goals based on that so they don’t overpay. No other company has goals that late. They preach integrity but don’t practice it. Shady as shit.

I thought we’d get SIP news on Monday’s call. Will one of the many CLs that Marty calls please ask him to share the details?? Thank you! My hope is that they’re delaying a final plan b/c they want to make sure the majority of CLs are on track for at least a 1x payout. We’ve worked too hard to not get at least that. Or pay us on B/Is....that is a measure of our work....it’s what we can do w/out the hub. Will some higher up please at least explain what you’re considering for SIP. And what about the contest? Why isn’t it in writing? I don’t get all the details. How many CLs will have more 1 or 2 HCPs w/5 or more patients? Hello higher ups....more info please.

SIP not finalized. Whatever the number is, it shouldn’t change what you’re doing.

Ummhmm. Thank you for a another one of your nonresponse responses. You didn't answer the questions then and you still cant. Incompetence breeds discontent. Discontent leads to turnover of talented good people. Keep it up and you'll be right back where you were when you were RB. The best left in disgust, after delays, false promises and no answer insulting b.s. remarks like above, save a few. You let that happen too many times and you're reputation is down the toilet. Focusing on frar parties and cute young girls got you nowhere..

By your remark, it's clear you live on in denial land. Not all of these posts are all fabricated. The gossip & name calling comes from bottom dwellers in all companies. Some of it is well deserved, however. Majority posters are correct in their questions & disgust. Why the hell aren't there clear plans, goals & incentives in writing, given in a timely manner? Those that are talented, smart and have a clue will move on. Any remaining brains will do so out of financial obligations elsewhere. Not good. God help any remaining from start up, if any survived.
    Its that simple.

It is very shameful we can’t get something out before the start of each quarter to have a barometer. To say it shouldn’t change your activity is a cop out. Internally you should be better and the fact that u displace it on the field just shows u have no respect for those in the field. No matter what core value slogans you like to spew out of your mouth your actions show how u really feel. Be better. Your work to get quotas out is pathetic and the bottom of the barrel for pharma companies. We are a last place company in this regard and that isn’t the fields fault.

Why is it that Home office consistently gets to live in a world where it’s perfectly ok to be incompetent? Complete goons but ML has their back. He is supposed to have ours but really only does if you’re a hot skirt. I’ve never seen him back a dude here unless they are home office. Despicable the lack of integrity we are forced to deal with on a daily basis. This is only acceptable here where we are forced to work with no plan of action at all. No coordination. No follow through. Not even mediocrity. Just a home office and senior leadership filled with zero progressive thought of how a business is run.

i agree totally, it’s mind boggling. I will say ML backs a few dudes-only if you laugh at his stupid jokes or turn a blind eye to the unprofessional and embarrassing comments. Those people are JB who just slide into JH role and DC out in Cali. Those are his bros. Oh and MB in the South-how do you think he stays here?

Compliments to above posts. There is a formula here. Hots skirts, flirts rule at meetings. Subjects are ordered to put up and shut up. Mgmt gets away with incompetance, lies for excuses & frat boy behavior.
When subjects complain, ask ?s or vent concern, they are treated like outcast complainers. Smart subjects who speak up, are not fitting into royal pain in the ass culture of head in sand. Then peers score for backstabbing them by reporting them. No feedback that is honest is allowed. You've I'll be branded a negative & treated like an unloyal subject in need of beheading.

is it the same poster that always mentions frat boys? I feel like someone got rejected during rush week and is spending the rest of his life trying to get back at the fraternity. What is your beef with fraternity brothers? Those boys are the s**t......and boy can they party! I’ll hang w/frat boys any day of week. Work Hard,Play Hard

Every complaint here is like a trip down memory lane hell. The same ineptitude in upper mgmt now, existed at startup from day 1. A serious bankruptcy in planning and preparing for launch, paying people and more prevailed. It was beyond embarrasing. The level of partying was so bad by some, you had the same comments as now. It's clear, some are attracted to this job because of their own addiction problems. People were promoted to ABM, that shouldn't even be working in sales. Loud mouth gossips and critics arrived, who thought they knew it all. They shit on and turned on existing remain crew from launch, in part by claiming work success they did not earn. What they did well, was outright lie & use what others had already done or manipulate into territory or out of others, to make themselves look good and work even less, if that was even possible. I never saw such credibility being given to new arrivals. Some were frat boys and cheerleaders highly adept at charming and manipulative tactics, not sales, just b.s.'ers. It was despicable to watch them bogart their way around upper mgmt. When new hires were given more respect for doing nothing but gossiping and flirting, than those who actually had worked their loyal asses off, it was more than disgusting. Mgmt simply turned their back on people who had earned their way up. In fact, mgmt openly denigrated their original hires and stabbed then in the back, after shit loads of false promises. Nothing has changed, so it's time to leave for good. You'll get shit on whether you work hard or not and phony poser types will be promoted and encouraged to trash senior team mates. Who would want to work in such a culture?

id say shit started to spiral out of control in 2012 with a cyclone hitting in 2013. I remember clearly the roll out of all the new compliance shit in London and no one having a clue how to manage through all that shit. Add ML to the equation and that folks, is the end of the story
