My short position contracts started April 23, 2018 moron. I have a 1 year contract with a no call position until 9 months from the contract start date. That means that there is a 3 month window to call the option by either side form 1/23/19-4/22/19. Just in time for the dismal 2018 10k filing. Before you argue with someone you might want to educated yourself on shorts. You are a lemming, a Exact Science stooge! When my short pays off, maybe I will hire you to clean the toilets on my new yacht bitch!

Your statement does not contradict that everyone who has tried to short us has failed. You will fail just like them.

Best quote from one of the greatest investors of our time, Michael Burry:

"I don't believe anything unless I understand it inside out. And even if I understand something, it is not uncommon that I disagree with accepted view (even if it's a Nobel laureate)."

Wall Street Quotes to live by:

Bud Fox- "Hey LOOK! I am SICK and TIRED of playing wet nurse to you all the time! Will you do your own homework, Marv?"

Gordon Gecco- "Don't ever get emotional about a stock"

I live by these quotes and so should you. Do not just believe the hype because you work there. Be a cynic! Do your homework. Look at the underlying issues with the company. Scour the 10k reports from 5 years ago to present. See if the science is really good. Inquire about the product to the FDA and request information under the FOIA! Talk to people in the C-suite and in the scientific department. Get opinions from outside scientists about the product and the data. Talk to over 1000 providers that have ordered the test and ask their opinions. Talk to patients that have taken the test and ask them their opinions. Talk to patients that got a positive result, had a colonoscopy and then the GI found nothing. Talk to people that are on the approval committee at CMS and the MAC's. Talk to former employee about the test. Go on Cafe Pharma and reply to comments and see what information you get. I did all this came to my conclusions on my own, then ran all the information through an algorithm and came to my conclusion. The algorithm is actually less optimist that I am on this company and that is saying something.

Every other short was too early. I am in at the correct time after reviewing all the data I can get my hands on. I am finished with you guys as you have served your purpose. I may re-post after I am proven correct. Make your money selling the product, but I would short the stock if I was you. Good luck suckers!

Had 4 meetings with 4 different Colon Cancer Charity Groups yesterday. All four said the same thing about Cologuard- "Doctors and Patients are complaining that your test has way too many false positives". How the hell do I sell a test when even the Charity Groups/Coalitions we work with say the test sucks! They told me that they have met with 3 other testing companies that have tests to compete with ours and that they are recommending each test to the USPTF. WTF?

oh you did, did you, you busy little bee?

The false positives are not a secret.13%. It’s published and reps don’t shy away from it. With a 3 year interval, that’s lower than the cumulative FIT testing false positive done annually.

Cologuard will remain recommended because it’s a noninvasive with a built-in compliance program. Go away now.

Look I am just telling you what doctors are telling me. One doctor tested 16 people of which 11 came up positive. The 11 patients went in for a colonoscopy and 1 patient had CRC, 2 patients had polyps and the other 8 had nothing. This was about what the 6 doctors present at my meeting said about their experiences. The colon cancer organizations said they are hearing the same thing. Now while the CRC orgs said 1 life is worth saving if 8 other may be inconvenienced, the doctors had a different opinion. They feel the test is too costly to had that high of a false positive rate. I show our statistics about the 13% rate, but they are not buying it. I am in the NE region and sent this up the chain, but have were told to keep talking about the proven 13%. I am beginning to wonder if that statistic is true? I know how to sell because my numbers are good, but it is getting more difficult because of the bad reputation the test is getting from the doctors the more they order it. I love the test, but the doctors are souring on it!

All these organizations I list below support us publicly. But meet with them privately and it is a different story:

    Colon Cancer Coalition
    Colorectal Cancer Alliance
    American Cancer Society
    Susan Cohan Colon Cancer Foundation

They specifically gave me their opinions after telling me it was "off the record". The complaints in the field are real and I think that is why we do not get more than 5 or 6 samples per doctor. They use it a little, then realize the false positive rates are higher than we are sighting. I was told specifically by 1 doctor the only reason he uses it is he was ordered to use it by NGS, his local MAC.

You are a complete liar. You should quit, or better yet be fired. If you're a PMR, why are YOU meeting with these organizations? You are not qualified.

I am not a PMR, I am a Regional Manager. That is why I am meeting with these organizations.

Samples.. we don’t have them and regional supervisor is not a position at this company so please waste your time somewhere else.

yeah.....NO. A “Regional Manager” — not a position, we have Area Managers and Regional Directors. The goal of ACS is to get more people screened, they don’t care how. You realize the result of a positive Cologuard is a colonoscopy—which is an A rated screening anyway?

Sorry about my misquoting of my position. It was a test to see if you idiots were really employees and know what the hell you are talking about. I am Regional Director. Furthermore the ACS is about getting people screened, but not at a cost of an extra $500+. This is where the push back is coming due to MACRA/MIPS. Don't get me wrong, I love the test or I would not have risen to the position I currently hold! I am just looking for guidance as I am not too confident in the information I received from the science and C suite. I love the test, but the doctors & charity orgs do not!

This discussion is weird. Why would an RBD post on here? Regardless, I see where you are coming from. I do hear objections about cost sometimes. but honestly a colonoscopy in a major metro area costs $3k plus, so insurance companies would rather replace 10 scopes with Cologuard saving big $$$. Even if 2-3 of those are positive, AND with a 3 year interval of Cologuard, the insurance companies still save $$. It just makes sense. I hate to break it to you but Cologuard is here to stay.
