Enough already. Every "contract" rep I speak to has at least as good, if not a better car plan. I'm tired of ruining a car I own to shove literature in the window of docs I can't see. The car plan is simply CHINCY.

I should have went with my gut feeling when interviewing and the RSM said it’s a great plan and it’s above industry standards. Plus, once I accepted the job, I found out the RSM was full of shit on the amount quoted for the fixed proportion. It was significantly less. The only reason why management thinks it’s a great plan is because a lot of our Company money goes to reimbursement for the management cars and all these idiots fly, rent cars, and uber. They rarely put any miles on their cars and they get to make their car payments with the free money. Sounds like a great plan for management but awful for the majority, sales!

It 's not perfect, but I still prefer it to being forced to drive and pay for a POS Ford Fusion!

Which lying dirtbag RSM did you get stuck with?

I would much rather pay $50 a paycheck and have free gas maintenance, etc, and not get stuck with the massive depreciation on my personal vehicle from all the driving in a large territory. If you are in a small territory, this plan might be more appealing.

I have a large territory and while the plan is less than other companies I much prefer my car vs. a corporate piece of shit given the amount of time I spend on the road.

I also prefer my own car, but not as much as I prefer to avoid an asset losing 30-40% of it's value in one year.

I really wish they would take a closer look at how they are handling car reimbursements. It doesn't make sense that the fixed rate is SO LOW and .18cents per mile doesn't cover wear and tear when driving 3500-4000miles a month. The reps/managers with smaller territories really make out with the current reimbursement plan but those with larger territories get.....

Check Bone Zone- new car company coming. I'll bet it's worse than the current one.
