Roughly how much equity per year can a new rep expect per year in Options & RSUs total?

Nope not even close. Much less.
Stop exaggerating & lying to ppl just because you might have made a mistake or been misled. They are trying to make career decisions.

a couple small rsu grants per year of about 125 that vest in three years and then about 1000 options per year. It was drastically reduced a couple years ago and that is why many left. The equity is still better than many as if you stay for more than 3- 4 years you will get a couple times a year where you could grab an extra 20,000 grand. Good Luck as it is a tough choice with Revlimid nearing the end of the runway.

Trust me when I say don't walk. Run away from trying to be employed here. Even the cum guzzling women at the sales meetings have moved on. Think about it. Those women were the bottom of the barrel here. If that's gone who do you think is left? That's right. Shitloads of chiefs and not many indians. Oh and the options. Yaaa those are shit also. Nothing is really offered with any value anymore. Soooo good luck. :)

Wow your description is right on and unfortunately disgusting describing the honest antics of surviving Celgene. Most put up with this because of the golden handcuffs but no longer are the financial incentives offered.

Well put. When the financial incentives dry up then what's left? That's right. A shell of what used to be a great place to work. I for one hope it turns around. However I've been around enough companies that when the good times stop rolling they usually don't come back. :)
