the only thing that makes sense is that key directors schemed a way to short the stock to their advantage. No one in their right mind would have put stumpy and pumpkin head in charge of this thing if they were seriously considering to grow the business. The whole thing is baffling.

I've watched with amusement all the ramblings and conspiracy theories on this board over the last few years. Some of them more plausible than others, but all entertaining. This one may just take the cake though. Are you saying the BOD intentionally installed half wit ego-maniacal r*****s to run the company into the crapper so they could short the stock for personal gain? This is tantamount to treason. Malfeasance up to and including jail time if this were true. This truly is my fight song.

    Viva le Cerec!

There’s no doubt that the BOD was dumb enough to enlist those ding dongs. Hell, they even brought in low budget shrinks to assess their fitness (sorry as I wrote that I began laughing uncontrollably). They’re not, however stupid enough to short their own stock...Nope, they’re just plane dumb and disconnected from reality.

This is my I have no fight left song.

And today they announced a $500mm buyback of stock... poo-poo all the banter you'd like but the stock continuing to tumble along with the McKesson guy running things now says they're prepping to sell to McKesson sooner then later. I'm just a small boat in the ocean... what do I know.

Key takeaways from quarterly business review call:

    1. "I've never worked for an ESOP company before, so I'm trying to learn about this important part of our business." Translation - With you dumb bastards still hanging out after last year's insulting .25% contribution, we'll feed you another shit sandwich and probably do the same as we continue to buy back stock. For those in the southeast, that was $250 for every $100k in W2 earnings. Thanks.

    2. "For those of you listening in from dental, we need good reps on the vet side too" said as a joke followed by a pregnant silence as every dental rep on the call writes down his name and starts looking for job postings online. Vet business continues to grow and make money while dental falls further behind. Rest assured there is a quiet exodus taking place across company lines.

    3. I throw up in my mouth every time I hear Pumpkin Head start in with the whole "Pivot back to offense" talk. That mongoloid bully wants to talk about "Selling season" as though it's something he can control and private label and "3D after hours" as real opportunities. Play close attention when he tells you what we're NOT going to do as that is exactly what he plans to do. Prepare to see Patterson branded dental equipment in the future a la Healthco. Rehashing his same clueless drivel over and over. Please put him out of his misery.

    4. Officially renamed the CFO position as "Cash Flow Officer" because that's the only metric we have left to celebrate. We've successfully figured out how to hold our supplier's money for longer than it takes us to get paid by our customers.

nice job Misiak and Squirt Rogan....your arrogance and stupidity have put Patterson in a terrible position much less the financial impact of the employees who have lost millions because of your leadership which has been questionable from the time you two dumb asses took over. No wonder so many highly qualified people have left around the country. Spin it any way you idiots can but the bottom line is you are not qualified along with the other two morons who were in your camp....Guggenheim and Gugino. You 4 are successful in one way.....you succeeded in ruining a company many of us loved.

With the government giving companies a nice corporate tax break one can assume the money this company is going to go to the top management for a BIG bonuses and the lttle guy walks away with nothing. They are not fooling everyone.

Back to the original thread....You guys are all cracked. Fuse is the most innovative, growth driving product to hit the market. How can you not be excited and motivated by the potential?

Hmmmm...obviously you have never worked in a dental office. Staff doesn't really like to wait 30 sec to 1 minute for screens to load nor do they want to hit the freaking F5 key to refresh the scheduler screen every time a change is made. I've seen DOS applications that worked better. This is not an answer but rather a product that will create more issues (kind of like SAP). Planned launch of April 1st but no solid answer on price. Maybe 1200 reg fee, plus 5400 per year for a 1 dentist 2 hygienist practice. Just because it is in "the Cloud" does not make it better. Remember that the next time your Netflix pauses to buffer the file........It's not ready...period.

Sarcasm on the internet is like running in the special Olympics, Misiak is still retarded and Rogan doesn't get the jokes, they are over his head. I'm hoping this post was a joke. If not then whomever wrote it should focus on making the craptastic program that is fuse work vs trying to defend the turd on the internet.

With the announcement today, is the functionality as bad as what’s on this post? We have no customers on it here and getting non-cope info is sketchy. I don’t trust what they say one bit, bit of it’s working then...???

Fuse is really still in development, not alpha not beta. It changes every freaking day and still takes forever to do something. Offices operate on efficiency, no the lack thereof. If the company waited until it was truly ready..........
