What is senior leadership doing? Keeping one obviously destructive ZD despite the turmoil they are causing in the regions/territories? She must have something on the higher ups.

 

It was so predictable that all you can do is laugh, she was unqualified to be a RD but knows how to play the political game and had JT and BP backing her play from day 1.

Except that Julie was never successful!!! She wasn’t even good enough to be an RD and now she is running the West into the ground.

She threw herself into her ZD role with the grace of a donkey. She clunked her way around with BS emails shaming reps and making them call their managers (the same managers that are in their car every other week) to talk about strategy if their “name was in red.”

She brayed “NO EXCUSES!!!” to every person who brought up a valid concern or question. Her no excuses mantra is a thinly veiled tactic to shut up anyone with a critical mind because she lacks any real knowledge, or business acumen. She is a fraud and everyone knows it!

She will be remembered as one of the most toxic, selfish, and inept that ever took a ZD position.

But hey at least she will be remembered!

 

Add: Seattle & Minneapolis to the list as of last week and 1 or 2 more coming by the end of the month in the West. Same next month for the g coast zone. Jacksonville gone in the Southeast as well. Now that’s what I call a total implosion of the NBU under PS, MR, and KC and the Sunshine Band of ZDs. Very well done!

She’s also the genius behind some of the most unfair and poorly conceived comp plans.

The genius who in Q4 last year did not incentivize reps to sell Mydayis but then punished them for not having as many RXs as she wanted.

The genius who has been indispensable in helping to craft this years shitshow.

 

Word on the street is Minneapolis and Seattle RDs left last week. 1 or 2 more leaving by the end of the month. JM is a train wreck. Not just isolated to the West though. Florida RD is gone as well. Also heard that an RD is leaving Jolly Toddy’s Choir next month in that zone. They’re dropping like flies.

 

Well damn...I guess you heard what I heard and beat me to the punch. How many RD openings does that make nation wide?

 

I count 10 RD openings. Sounds like more to come.

 

I disagee... I think she is a good person that is a terrible manager. She doesn't have a clue. Just wants her zone to beat her buddies brandy and Jerry's zone and will throw people under the bus to make it happen. Given her situation she is treated different than others and is moved up the ranks without being qualified because it is good optics for the company.

How is she a “good person” when she is willing as a “leader” to “throw people under the bus” in order to beat Jerry and Brandy?

I’m asking this respectfully. How in the world can someone seek and willingly inflict such hardship in peoples lives, (many of them innocent) just because she wants to beat her buddies, still be a good person?

I truly don’t understand how you can reconcile that and end up thinking she is just a bad leader. I agree, she is indeed a horrifically terrible leader, but there is no way she is a good person. No way at all.
